The reception area has a warm welcoming feeling to it and the staff were extremely helpful. The amenities were clean and very well maintained, with extremely helpful staff. The breakfast, staff and dining area was comfortable , clean with very pleasant and helpful staff. We will be back.

If I could I would give the hotel 10 stars we had a lovely stay everything was perfect I can’t praise the staff enough for the effort they made to make our stay wonderful I really have to give a special mention to Isabella who excelled in trying to make us comfortable and happy I also would like to mention Daniel and Luke in the bar for their friendly and helpful attitude thanks to the hotel we will definitely be back very soon

Really enjoyed our stay at Ballymascanlon. Played golf and course was really enjoyable with some tricky shots to take especially tee shot over a lake!!!!! Ill not talk about that tho!!!! Evening meal relaxing and food tasty. Room v clean and nice balcony overlooked the garden. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a luvly time. CG

We loved this place. We would like to give a big shout out to Cian on reception who is charming, helpful and funny. The room we got was lovely, really big with brilliant views. The breakfast is amazing and all the staff are very friendly. The pool was great. We loved the plunge pool. We will be back..

Room was spacious. The bed really comfy. The breakfast was delicious The only thing I could say that the room was far too warm which made it hard to sleep. Going forward air conditioning would be great 👍

Stayed for 1 night as we were on business, the girl at reception was lovely, she guided us to the bar as the room wasn’t ready. When the room was ready she had upgraded us to a junior suite. It was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back.

Staff are courteous couldn’t do enough for you Superior double room with balcony was superb Super comfy bed and pillows great nights sleep Coffee machine Homemade soap products in bathroom wonderful lemongrass fragrance I have purchased several bottles from leisure centre I used the leisure centre loved the jacuzzi steam sauna etc Food is delicious in bar and breakfast was plentiful I love sitting out in the beautiful garden taking in all its beauty it’s so peaceful I love this hotel I asked the hotel if they would consider putting a robe and slippers in the room

Excellent hotel, definitely will go back and stay again. Spacious rooms, staff lovely and friendly, restaurant little pricey but worth it, a nice bar and bar menu, amenities and golf. ONLY thing we would say, we were in room 325 which was great, lots of room and a huge bathroom. I would however rip out the shower and put one in that a person can fit in. Didn't make sense for such a tiny shower with so much room. In the scale of everything though, this was so minor Wish we'd booked for longer

We had a 5 night stay at the Ballymascanlon and we had a great stay. Our room 230 was spacious and quiet, the facilities in the room were good and maybe a fridge would be the icing on the cake. In the hot weather we were provided with a fan. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities available, with 2 bottles of water left daily. A widescreen TV in the room with plenty of channels. The bathroom came with good quality Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner. Good quality towels. The rate included came with breakfast and was the nicest breakfast I’ve had in all my travels. Both hot and continental, fresh fruit and both fruit juices and smoothies. The grounds and flowers made for a pleasant walk and included a golf course. We did not avail of the Spa or pool. The car park though large was nearly always full and this may be down to the Golfers using the Hotel Course. All the staff we met were friendly and most helpful. We would definetly return.
