Really enjoyed our stay, welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and clean rooms & facilities. Loved the unique atmosphere, incredible art everywhere. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for something that is not run of the mill.

My family and I had a two night stay at this property. The location and view from our room was amazing. The service on the other hand was not great. We stayed in suite 501 which is right above the garage opening which creates tremendous noise from banging against the drainage system of the garage that translated straight to our room about 400 to 500 times a day. We asked for our room to be serviced and it was not. For the price we paid we expected a lot better quality of stay.

Great location for a relaxing weekend. Amazing architecture. A must be for architects. But the service is horrible! The food is just fine what you would expect for a luxury hotel in Israel. But the Frontdesk is unbelievable incompetent. Everything we needed or asked has to be asked three or four times and even than it’s not happening.

Great hotel, but the service is not what is expected for the money. First booked one room but were put in a cheaper option, had to change. No cleaning came to clean the room on the second day of the stay. Breakfast is very good with lots of options of food

Value for money makes it not worth the stay. Room and facilities didn't live up to expectations. Food was excellent, location and views are amazing!

While views and food are spectacular, the property seems understaffed and maintenance of rooms is poor.

Quirky, arty, really great swimming pool and gardens. Breakfasts were very good with ample variety. Location good for a stopover and an enjoyable walk into the centre of town. Housekeeping was very hit and miss - could do with a more structured timetable.

Beautiful and relaxing surroundings, but the rooms are dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. Not a place I’d return to, especially given the high price that doesn’t match the value.

After having come from a spa in northern Israel which was incredible .. the staff went out of their way to be helpful, it was not the feeling in this hotel. It had a cold feeling .. it was a gorgeous hotel, with incredible views, and wonderful art, but it left my husband and I cold. I felt like we were in an art gallery but had a place to sleep there. Also, they claim they ah e an elevator, which they do, but each of the rooms I saw had a number of steps up to the room. My husband has a walker, and it was a bit difficult for him. It would have been wonderful if someone offered to help us to our room. I wish I hadn’t spent the kind of money I did on this place.

We booked a half board stay at a significant premium, expecting dinner on arrival. However, we were only offered a sandwich or soup in the bar. Dinner the next night did not even include soft drinks. Also had maintenance issues in the room. When we complained and asked to talk to the manager, there was sympathy but no call back from manager and no compensation whatsoever. Service is sympathetic but not effective. Value for money, especially for the half board upgrade, is poor.

We had booked a specific type of suite. When we arrived they had downgraded us without informing us. We were given the keys and when we got into the room were shocked by the downgrade. Eventually we were moved to a better room which was still not the category that we had reserved. We were obviously given compensation for that but our disappointment was great because we didn’t have the view that we hoped for. We selected this hotel for the view and therefore booked the best accomodations there but our stay was with no view. One of the biggest complaint is that we were not informed beforehand that we would not be getting the room reserved. We were not treated with consideration. Our room was not cleaned during our two nights stay and we had to request the maid to come. They came and they only changed towels and did not clean bathroom and bedroom. Definitely not the type of service you expect for a five star hotel
