Bottom line, the price is too high at $105 in June, and you might need earplugs. No parking. Street parking is free. Breakfast is simple and starts at 900 am and ends at a very basic time. There was a notice that you could ask for specific requests, but we didn't do it. WiFi was intermittent. Beautiful, modern building and friendly hosts. However, there is some road noise that most of the time subsides at night, as well as noise from the inside, such as the family dog that barks until 11 pm and as early as early as am. There is no insulation to speak of, and the door has many openings, so noise depends on the clumsiness of other guests and the dog. You can hear snoring, talking, and other dismal toiletries a few small pouches of body shampoo and a hand soap pump. Better bring our soap. The shower was really weak and consisted of a shower head without a hand held. The air conditioner is very well set to 25, but the filter was very dirty and had a bright blue light. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, but we said no thank you when the lady proprietor asked us if we would like him to refresh the room, but she entered our room while we were out. We absolutely didn't appreciate it. No elevator is good

Overall, it's a wonderful location to stay if you're in town. Had a fantastic stay at the Polar trentuno accommodation while attending a wedding in echo. Nice and clean, and most importantly, a sizable apartment with everything you might need including an iron, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave, and air conditioning. All the amenities function, and I always appreciate a sizable bathroom. The host was very welcoming and even helped organize local transportation to the wedding location. 15 minutes walk to echo station and the city center.

In 2022, I had the pleasure of staying at this family-run hotel for more than a week. This is a very inviting location where you almost reside with the owner, who oversees the receptionist, kitchen, and cleaning departments. I loved my accommodation's high roof, oversized, spacious bathroom, spotless, air-conditioned, and excellent internet. I might not have survived without the option to cool the space down to a higher of 34 degrees outside in particular. The neighborhood is close to a popular pizza place, and on the opposite side of the street is an excellent ice cream shop. The close park is open at night, however you can fill up water there. There were also some drawbacks as well the distance from the centre is 30 minutes. You will need to take the bus if you are a power walker and you are on foot. Next, early in the morning, traffic and other nearby industries make it quite noisy for people who are not familiar with the Italian way of life. This is contributed to by a room door that does not keep much sound out. The breakfast has a few variants to choose from, but I did enjoy it at least a little. Every day, there is a variety, and the espresso espresso dark and delicious is a dream!.

Very nice and spacious room, complete kitchen included. Everything is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The people who run this be are very friendly. They even made us a separate breakfast as we had to leave early.

Everything was perfect! Echo is the ideal place to stay for a short time because it is very good connected. The host was helpful with all of our issues. The room was clean and very comfortable. I really appreciate that! Thank you once more.

“Camera con bagno privato” sì, ma con il bagno dall’altra parte del corridoio (in comune con altri ospiti). “Aria condizionata”, Ovvero un piccolo ventilatore che con le temperature estive è stato totalmente inutile. Pessima anche la posizione nella città di Lecco. Non consigliato

We did not get any check-in information and tried to contact the property four times before we arrived but no one answered. We arrived in an industrial area at a building without any lock at the door, and there was nothing there. No sign, no people, nothing. We had to book something else. It's a scam, don't book this.
