In the center of it all! A hotel housed in a building built centuries ago. The owner has fun with decor. Use of a kitchen and laundry machine. Respectfully guests made for a tranquil experience.

First and foremost, Nisan, the attendant, was excellent!!! The only recommendations are to improve the signage so that patrons can find the hostel on the first try. Also, the building does not have an elevator. I was lucky and I had my own restroom. Not all rooms have their own restroom. I would like to mention that is located in a very nice area with a very nice cafe in front of the front door.

The location of this place is great. It is a sweet family that seems to be running the facility. When we got there our room was not ready. So, they offered to make us a coffee while we waited. They welcomed us into their kitchen even though it was 10pm while someone got our room ready. It was very sweet! It is definitely more like a hostel than we expected but, it was all good. The room didn’t have any hand soap in it-just two towels and toilet paper. The sheets were clean. The hallway to get to the room is really dark with no lighting. This place could use a little TLC.

It was a hostel and we stayed in a private room with shred bath. It was better than what I expected. The building interior was hip and funky and that made it fun. We were on the top level and it was a long climb up to the room. The Wifi did not reach into our room/ The room was clean enough and basic. But it worked for us.

Big 4 bed dorm but I think the bathroom was shared with 2 other dorms. The bed was more like a camp bed. Bathroom very run down but mostly clean. Good location and considerate guests. There is a basic kitchen and a nice terrace.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super , la literie est correcte ... mais pour le reste tout est vétuste , mal entretenu et la propreté est loin d’être au top !!!! Mais bon , pour le prix , on préfère presque fermer les yeux

My partner and I checked in during the early evening. The room wasn’t in great condition (a bedside table had fallen off the wall, no AC, flickering lights), but we weren’t too bothered and went out for dinner. When we returned around 22:30, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. As I pulled back the bedsheet, I immediately spotted a bug that looked very much like a bed bug. We showed it to the staff member who checked us in. He sent a photo to his manager, who quickly insisted it was “definitely some sort of wood mite.” After researching, we found nothing resembling a wood mite. We inspected the bed more closely and found multiple marks on the bedding and mattress seams consistent with bed bug droppings. By nearly 23:30, we no longer felt comfortable staying and found another hotel. At reception, we requested a refund. Staff agreed and told us to cancel through Expedia, but that wasn’t possible after checkin. So they assured us they would process the refund within 10 business days. Almost a month later, no refund has been issued. After multiple emails and calls, Expedia informed us that the property had rejected the refund request. Also, they attempted to charge us €20 in tourist tax for two nights—the highest we encountered anywhere in Italy. We don’t need luxury, but we do expect basic cleanliness and honesty. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. Book at your own risk. Shoutout to Locanda Sant’Anna for checking us in at almost midnight and saving the night!

June 2026 and they have an active bed bug infestation. I woke up to a blood stain and a bed bug casing on my bed so it’s impossible to deny. Management agreed to a refund when I was on site and then ghosted me after I left the property. It was very difficult to get my money back.

Hijyenik değildi temiz çarşaf vardı ama çarşaflar takılmamış yatağın üzerine bırakmışlar takılmamış, yatak çok rahat değil. Tuvalet banyo temiz değildi. Gün içerisinde geldim çantalarımı bıraktım, 23.00 da gelsem problem olur mu dedim hayır olmaz dediler hatta gece görevlinin numarasını verdiler. Saat 22.00 gibi geldim. Kapıyı açan olmadı o sırada zaten orada kalmakta olan birileri geldi ve bende onlarla birlikte içeriye girdim. Resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Biraz bekledim gelen olmayınca verdikleri numaraya mesaj atım (22.09) daha sonra aradım. Çok geçmeden geldi ve bana 22.00 da çek-in sona erdiğini ve benim için evden geldiğini, ekstra 20 Euro para vermem gerektiğini söyledi. İtiraz ettim beni bir saat bekletti daha sonra 10 Euro verdim ve odaya yerleştim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
