Très beau B&B à deux pas du tram 14 et du grand Naviglio. La chambre (green) que nous avions était très jolie, et l'établissement est très bien tenu, avec une salle de petit-déjeuner très agréable et vue sur la cuisine, où l'hôte (très sympa) prépare d'excellentes omelettes ! Le petit déjeuner est par ailleurs très bon et copieux. Je recommande sans hésiter ce B&B de très bonne qualité !

Struttura molto curata nei particolari e pulitissima. dispone di un parcheggio interno, vicinissima a mezzi pubblici con cui raggiungere il centro città. colazione varia e con prodotti fatti in casa, personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente da provare!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this quaint hotel in the industrial side of Milan. We had secure parking on the premises, very clean and spacious rooms, beautifully decorated. Our host was helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely restaurant around 400 meters away, great food for reasonable prices. Will stay again in Milan.

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night to go to a concert in San Siro. The location is ideal because it is a strategic place and parking is included. The room is clean and quiet and newly furnished. It was a bit difficult to find and no one was there at first to open the door but all in a few minutes.

Nonetheless, the cost is not worth the whole 110 euro per night. We stayed there for three nights and reserved it for 71 euros per night, which is ok. So it is good, but ask the host to use the fridge. There are a few bakery and coffee shops nearby. If the wifi suddenly doesn't work after a while, simply unplug and plug it back into the hallway. The fridge was closed as well, although the bathroom was lovely and spotless. The elevator can be used, however there are some minor annoyances. The air conditioner is spotless, and the room is large and functional. The ice maker is only in the common kitchen, which could be closed. If you don't reserve the full price, which is 110 euros, breakfast is not included. We just found out after arriving because the owner does not speak English very well. It was not far away because the host didn't immediately notify us about that, which surprised us. We could have avoided that week earlier by better communication. A refrigerator was also closed because the breakfast wasn't included and was booked at a lower rate. You should avoid the cold beer in the evening because there is no mini fridge in the room. Although the restroom was tidy and spotless, there were a few minor flaws. You and your items are safe because the structure is tightly secured.

Our experience in Milan is really different. We booked a week in Milan. Every day the rooms were cleaned. With a new theme of the hotel and different styles of the room. This hotel provides great breakfasts. We got Wi-Fi. Full sky service. The manager was friendly and helpful. Each room has a bathroom.

The place is nice and the management was very kind and very helpful. It is a little hard to find since it is hidden by the buildings around. If you don't know Italian like us it is hard to understand what to do when you are in front of the close gate. Please translate the instruction. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Super accueil, B&B très propre, très bien placé à quelques minutes du Tram qui vous emmène Piazza del Duomo. Nous avions la chambre INDIA décorée avec goût, literie confortable, jolie salle de bains. Bon petit déjeuner complet. La propriétaire est une hôte disponible et prête à vous conseiller. Merci.

Clean and friendly staff, and close to public transportation, but low on amenities. TV lacked basic broadcast channels, no communal living room, no communal (or private) refrigerator. It is not a small hotel but also is not what I expect from a B&B. Also, not clear that breakfast was additional charge.
