There’s no way to give anything less than a 10 for this hotel. Everything was simply perfect, and the view is the best ever! One important note about the breakfast in the room (which is amazing, by the way) since they deliver it directly to you. In our case, however, the woman who brought it didn’t explain very clearly how to enjoy it without being surprised by the seagulls. She phrased it in a way that my husband and I understood that you could only step outside briefly to take a quick photo of the breakfast, but should eat inside the room because the birds might grab the food. In reality, she meant the exact opposite: you can eat outside, as long as you don’t leave the food unattended, because the birds will come if you step away to take pictures 😂 And that’s what happened to us, it was quite scary. But, we absolutely have nothing to complain about, We would definitely come back to this same hotel without hesitation!

Breathtaking views of the ocean right from your balcony and their rooftop terrace! Seriously, get a room with an ocean front view and balcony. The hosts were lovely, accommodating and knowledgeable of the island. They provided a personalized map of things to do and places to eat. Luggage storage was available before and after checkout. Breakfast and coffee were fresh and appetizing. Location wise, it's fastest to take the bus (stop right outside the hotel doors) into the city center, but walking, while all uphill, is doable and gives you a unique tour of the island.

Spectacular location with views that cannot be beat. The staff were incredible. We did not mind the flights of stairs but would have liked some notice in advance that we'd need to bring the bags up multiple flights. Again, no issue for us, but might be an issue for others. Would also suggest some instructions for check in location on the upper floor for future visitors. We loved it and will be back again!

Wonderful view from the room. Very nice touch to serve breakfast in the room. The contents of the breakfast could be quite a bit better and inspired for the price of the hotel. But it's hard to know what different nationalities expect, we only had one night so we had no way to ask for anything else, they might have accommodated it. The hotel feels very clean and modern, like renovated recently. Nothing to complain about, the owners were nice and helpful. I can definitely recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten. Sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Check in wurden wir mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk und bereits mit vielen Informationen über die Insel empfangen. Zum Hochzeitstag bekamen wir Sekt mit frischen Erdbeeren. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen.

This boutique Villa was Exceptional, Beautiful, Safe, Convenient location to coming in from the marina. Steep walk up to the villa with luggage but doable (take a taxi from Marina if you are less fit) and well worth the effort for the incredible view. An Adorable couple greeted us; they were kind, helpful, always available to you. They offered us water on check in. The process was easy. Breakfast was offered in the breakfast room or delivered to our room!! We loved enjoying our private breakfast and sipping our coffee on our private balcony; overlooking the sea! What a way to start the day!! The bus stop was just outside the door to go to Capri Center or Anacapri. They allowed us to store our luggage most of the day (until 6pm) while we finished doing the chair lift over Anacapri and Boat tour around the island and Blue Grotto experience. Breakfast was wonderful; but could have included maybe boiled egg or scrambled eggs. (A lot of American visitors are used to high protein and not used to ham and cheese for breakfast. We embraced the experience but could have used a little more protein) otherwise a perfect stay!!

Very convenient to to ferry. The view from our room was excellent, much better than staying up in Capri town. The funicular was right near the hotel to take into Capri town. After the crowds die down in the morning, there is no one in line at the funicular. But also taxi stand is right there, 20e for a taxi to Capri town. Breakfast was excellent, great to sit looking at the ocean and Mt Vesuvius. Excellent place, excellent price.
