Entry to the Dimore Antiche means accepting and fully complying with these internal house rules, which will ensure you have a pleasant and equally safe stay.
1. ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN: To avoid waiting or misunderstanding, we request you to let us know in advance the time of your arrival and any changes. Any special needs can only be accommodated if reported at the time of booking or, if possible, on arrival.
2. GUEST VISITORS: Overnight stay is reserved exclusively for booked Guests.
Minors are only allowed if they are accompanied by guests who are over 18 years of age who respond and guarantee for them.
3. PROPER USE OF THE PROPERTY: Guests may feel free to use the indoor and outdoor common spaces following the rules of good manners in respect of nature, the environment and the neighbours.
The only place where you can prepare food and drinks is the kitchen. Smoking inside is NOT allowed. Pets are NOT allowed.
Please accept the ban on parties and/or events at our property. This is a home in a communal building, so we wish to keep a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
Please do not remove appliances or parts of the equipment provided (Towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment.
Upon arrival, each guest will be asked for an ID, as per the regulations, which will be promptly returned.
Please remember to turn off the lights in rooms, fans, TV and other equipment if they are not needed.
4. HOUSEKEEPING: You will find 1st set of towels (shower, face, bidet) included in the price of your reservation and a shower mat, bed linens and 2 kitchen towels.
During the stay, the cleaning and tidying of the house is the responsibility of the Guest. Extraordinary changes of linen and cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
We recommend that you use the toilet carefully, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the appropriate trash bins).
5. NOISE: From 10:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m, Guests are asked to respect the silence by avoiding activities that may disturb the neighbours’ rest. You are in a historic home, please maintain the charm of discretion.
6. SAFETY: We kindly ask you to close doors, windows and window shutters gently and always during your absence.
Guests are kindly asked to pay attention to their personal belongings. The guarantor shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage to their own property.
The people responsible for the House have the right to visit the interior with prior notice to the Guest or, in exceptional cases, even if they are not there, in the event of a fire, water loss, alarm intervention, faults, etc.
7. WASTE: It is a good idea to dispose of waste in the designated containers by separating: plastic and aluminium, paper and cardboard, glass, organic waste / food, and non-recyclable products.
Full rubbish bags should be left in the proper containers located in the cellar at the entrance of the building. Organic waste and non-recyclable products are collected in the early mornings on Mondays and Fridays. If you would like to have the garbage collected from the city staff, please place these bins outside the front door the night before and pick it up the next day.
8. DAMAGES: Please report as soon as possible any damage and/or deterioration of the structure or equipment or if the keys are lost. Any replacement of the keys and/or repairing the locks will be charged to the Guests.
9. CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be before 10:00 AM with the return of the keys.
If there are damages caused by the Guests, the guarantor reserves the right to make any reports within 48 hours of checkout and indicate the estimate for a possible refund.
10. COMFORT: We are not responsible for any inconvenience due to the total or partial failure of utilities such as gas, electricity, water, phone line or internet connection that is beyond our control, but every effort will be made to alleviate any problems encountered.
