I'm not going to be staying there again, but I still visit this area a lot because my spouse has relatives there and thought that we might try this hotel because it was closer to family. Staff weren't many years old but the hotel does need some improvement. My son and grandson stayed on level 1 and we were on level 2 because the family rooms appear to be on that level. One time, he used the fire escape to come to our floor and almost fell down the first level of the steps due to water on the steps, this was caused by a constant leak pipe running down the stairs. We reported this and it was said that it would be resolved, but nothing happened. When we departed, it was still running. Lovely pool but it was dirty, black in the corners of the stairs and bits at the bottom of the pool. There is a corner of the pool where the jacuzzi is not working, we asked about this and were told an engineer is coming, not repaired the whole time we were there. 4 umbrellas for the entire pool. Toilet in the pool lock broken. The bedrooms are very small and there is nowhere to put anything. We had three shelves in the wardrobe. Minibar two bottles of water, one of which had been left from previous guests as it was half full. Breakfast is quite basic, someone said it was bacon and eggs, we definitely saw no bacon during our entire stay. Very disappointing

We recommended this hotel! We arrived in August with concerns based on recent reviews but with hope as newly managed management has taken over the hotel. They contacted us via email about this change and said new policies were in place to reassure us of a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at their hotel. Check in was excellent, and I must really thank the reception staff, especially Alesandro, a gentleman who is full of kindness and concern for the guests. He is a real jewel and a credit to the hotel. He did everything in his power! The new management is wonderful and friendly. With ambitious future plans for the hotel, the new management is driven by enthusiasm. We stayed in a great junior suite. The pool is lovely and there is no problem with sunbed. There are plenty of beds and a superb pool. New management has transformed the breakfast menu and includes cereal, eggs, bacon, breads, yogurts, cakes, tea, and coffee. It was served by young, courteous employees who are well-organized and well-organized. Previous reviews from before July 2015 should be discarded. Emmanuel, the new manager, and assisted by tundra, have made the hotel very beautiful and prepared for future and necessary improvements. The hotel is in a very quiet location, and most if not all entertainment is located at the main resort. This setting offers a relaxed atmosphere with a family friendly poolside atmosphere

It was fine to be able to relax at this hotel. It is functional and non-charming. The restaurant served a good coffee in the morning. The pool is okay, but not more.
