A propriedade é maravilhosa. Fica, literalmente, em frente a Duomo. Nosso quarto tinha uma sacadinha com mesa e cadeiras e, o que mais me impressionou, foi o teto com afrescos conservados. A equipe foi extremamente prestativa e aceitou realizar um late check-in, além de nos auxiliar no estacionamento do carro alugado, bem como nos esperar próximo ao hotel e auxiliar com as malas. Para finalizar, recebemos brindes de boas-vindas com: vinho, espumante, biscoitos e patisserie. A hospedagem inteira foi um sonho. Voltaríamos sem dúvidas alguma!

Hotel room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent. The location is phenomenal if you want to be close to the Duomo. My impression when I booked was that it was a private terrace but it is actually shared with 2 other rooms with some plants between to mark the space and add a little privacy. Just to know if that was a selling point for you. I would absolutely stay here again!

The entire stay was phenomenal. The host greeted us, and took such good care of my friend and I. He was beyond kind and helpful. In all my travels, I have never experienced service like this. The suite was even more beautiful in person. All the special touches made the room exceptional! The location cannot be beat either. We will definitely come back and stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious! This place is a must stay in Florence.

Our stay at Duomo from check in to departure was top notch. Andrea gave helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. The property was wonderfully located within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast at the nearby Buca was delicious. Well… My expectations were absolutely blown away during this stay. I was visiting a friend for a couple of days in Firenze and wanted a central location that made it easy to explore on foot. Traveling with just a carry-on and backpack, I was able to walk from Santa Maria Novella Station to the B&B in about 10 minutes (super convenient). Andrea, who works as a host for the property was in constant communication with me from the moment I arrived at the station until I reached just outside Piazza del Duomo. He immediately greeted me, took my carry-on and personally escorted me to the B&B. He is an absolute gentleman and genuinely kind person. I speak and understand Italian, but his English is perfect. As for the room. If you love art and history, you’re in for something special. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place and it did not disappoint. The moment you walk in, your jaw will drop. It’s a perfect blend of authentic, rustic Italian history and modern comfort. The welcoming gifts were a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was equally impressive (your jaw will drop again). Having a little private terrazza was also super nice. The location is truly a standout feature. There’s nothing like waking up on your first morning and stepping outside to see Cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore right in front of you. I can’t thank Andrea enough for being such an incredible host. He was always available, extremely helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. Not that I needed much, ever

Amazing location with room view of the Duomo yet no crowd noise. Walking distance to all of the important attractions and definitely plenty of shopping options. Andreas was an incredible host and provided above and beyond service.

Beautiful room the ceiling was gorgeous very well decorated and clean . Bed was comfy ! All amenities - robes , slippers , excellent toiletries ! Cannot say enough about the staff - great communication before and during our stay ! Very helpful and kind and arranged taxi service for an early departure and a take away breakfast that was fantastic ! Breakfast is just around the corner at a cafe and we had a great breakfast all 5 days ! Right across from the Duomo ( near entrance to climb to the dome ). Very safe and walkable and right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend !

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence
