The cost of the air conditioning is 6 EUR per day for Studios, 8€ for One-Bedroom Apartments , 10 EUR per day for for Two-Bedroom Apartments.In the apartments of the large farmhouse, air conditioning is only available from 06/06/26 to 05/09/26.Some apartments are only reachable via stairs.Please note that the tax invoice must be requested before making the payment. In the absence of a written request, a regular tax receipt will be issued. Subsequently, it will not be possible to issue a tax invoice.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
