The hotel is situated on the east side of the valley above Bressanone in Italy. Beautiful views from the rooms and the outdoor pool area. The restaurant has a very large outdoor deck. We stayed in a suite with one bedroom, a very large main area, and a very large balcony. We paid full board so dinner was included in the deal. When we went to the dining area, we were seated at a table with our family name printed on a card. The table was by the window, but we were looking forward to sitting outside under the canopy covered deck. We saw there were free tables there so we asked to be moved. The head waitress, in a very German tone, said absolutely not, that we should have asked for a table outside when we checked in. We explained that we were never given that choice and that one of the reasons we chose to eat at the hotel was to sit outside on the deck. There was no way they would bend, saying the tables outside were all reserved. During our entire dinner, we saw at least three tables not being used or having a card with someones name like we did on ours. We insisted by asking them the same thing, but no one answered. We decided to go into the bar, which is about a mile and a floor down. It was very painful and felt like a child stuck inside looking out the window

Classic thrower hotel with typical house and well renovated part of the hotel, service perfect and personalized. Dinner on the chalkboard is gourmet and wine card discovery. Only 5 minutes by car or skill from ski resort. SaunaWellnessindoor swimming pool are the ideal choice if the weather is bad.

Very good location to explore the region about 15 minutes drive from the main road. Beautiful views from the room too floor in an old section, although it was a bit small and dated, so I recommend asking for one in the newly renovated part of the property. Did not partake in dinner here, but the breakfast was very well done cappuccino, eggs, bacon, made to order.

I spent a week here with my wife and her Italian family, and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've ever had. The setting is gorgeous. The long, winding road that starts up provides some wonderful vistas. The hotel itself is a respectable size. what I would define as a comfortable size. The room was large and had beautiful mountains views across the street. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of work nights, so it was a lovely change for me! Every time, the evening meal had a good selection. The staff was also welcoming and knowledgeable. Looking forward to returning anytime!.
