Hotel Gregoriana is a gem! The staff are amazing! They are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is within walking distance of main attractions, restaurants and buses! My room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable! There was a wide variety of food at breakfast and it was delicious! I would highly recommend Hotel Gregoriana for your stay in Roma!

Front desk staff recommended a great restaurant Sofia nearby. Room had a deep bath tub and small Balcony- linens were pressed and breakfast was simple but good. Great location near Spanish steps

The property is very clean. The breakfast menu offers a typical Italian selection. Special requests are available but at a fee. The property is small. Only around twenty rooms varying in size, so very quiet. The location is ideal if you like to walk. Most of the sites are close. The farthest would be the Vatican, around a pleasant 40 minute walk. The Colosseum and the Forums are about 30 minutes, with the Trevi Fountain along the route. The Spanish Steps are just around the corner. Lots of food choices down every street. We love it. The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. We've stayed there 3 times and have not had a bad experience. 5 stars all around.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had the suite with the terrace which was perfect for our family of 5. The terrace was a nice bonus with beautiful views of the city. Staff was great and check in was very easy. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for our visit to Rome. The room was clean and the little balcony was a nice feature. We only ended up eating breakfast once but the coffee and tea were good and the croissant I had was yummy. The evening front desk staff members were both very nice. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows in the closet. The location was quiet and after finding it the first time there was no problem. We did use a taxi the first time to avoid climbing the Spanish Steps after our very long travel day. The little elevator was also very much appreciated after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
