The room we had in this hotel was quite small and the bathroom was from the 1950 s see pictures. The restaurant is average. The spaces for relaxing were small. You have to pay 8 euros for a 15-minute hammer or bubble bath. The wifi was 4 euros and the signal was really weak even at the reception desk great breakfast and the location near Plan Dei Midi is ok but 20 minutes walk from the city center.

I know this is my first review on Ta, but I just wanted to tell everyone how much my family and I loved this place. The place is amazing and the food is delicious, but the main thing is that the signora rosa and francio hope I spelled that correctly made our stay special. We have three kids ages 9, 7 and 3, and they have been given so much care and attention that my husband and I managed to spend a little time together without worrying. We cannot wait to see the snow again in the winter and see the snow from our flat on the ground floor. I'm going to miss it all! Angela.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Sapped, but this one was by far the most comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, and the prices are reasonable. We opted for the half-board, which included breakfast and supper. The conveniences are a huge plus. After a long day in the mountains, the sauna, whirlpool, and outdoor pool are greatly appreciated. The spa owner, Pristine, was helpful and courteous, but occasionally forgot our reservation for the pool. There were several dead insects in the pool, but this wasn't intolerable. Breakfast was adequate and filling. The dinner was excellent, possibly the best in hotel dining, but since there are so many great restaurants in Sapped, finding fantastic meals is simple. The staff was friendly, but young or inexperienced, they tried to please. The wine list was restricted, not sure if it was due to couid or simply poor preparation. The location is near the chairlift and Old Sapped, but away from the city's commercial areas. I'll most likely return.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel with my husband. It is spotless, in a great location, and cozy. Rosa is a true gem who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and helpful. The sauna and hot tubs were excellent. The brunch is generous and offers a wide selection. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or Rosa. We fell in love with sapped. Very much appreciated rosa. You are one of a kind.

A nice small hotel with warm and friendly service and excellent food. The owner was very helpful in suggesting hiking trails and interesting villages to visit. Overall a great vacation for those who enjoy magnificent scenery and outdoor activities.
