Hotellet hade ett fantastiskt läge med gångavstånd till många av Roms sevärdheter. Personalen var väldigt vänlig, hjälpsam och serviceinriktad under hela vistelsen. Rummet var både rent och fräscht, och frukosten var utan tvekan den bästa jag har ätit i Sydeuropa. Om jag åker till Rom igen kommer jag absolut att välja detta hotell på nytt.

한국인 후기가 별로 없어서 참고하시라고 리뷰 적습니다. 안내 사진에 나와있다시피 많이 작은방입니다. 하지만 침구, 화장실을 포함해서 늘 깨끗했어요. 온수, 수압도 나쁘지않고 에어컨도 잘 작동됩니다~ 특히 6일 내내 직원들은 항상 너무 친절했어요. 최고! 호텔에서 주요 관광지는 30분 내외로 도착합니다. 위치 최고에요! 조식은 먹지않아서 모르겠네요.. 저처럼 숙소에서는 씻고 잠만 자고 하루종일 밖에 있는 시간이 길면 추천해요. 아맞다, 아침에 아주 가끔 샤워기 온수가 잘안나오기도 하는데 아마 다른 객실 사용자들이 씻는 시간이 겹쳐서 그런거같아요. 좀 기다리면 또 잘 나오더라고요. 당황하지마시고 그냥 조금 기다리세요. 어차피 외국인들 빨리 씻음.. 1년이내로 다시 방문할거에요. 로베르토 감사합니다. 그라찌에~~~~

First and foremost, the Staff was Awesome! They we very kind and accommodating, and assisted us with any and all requests we had. They Truly got the Art of "Customer Service" down to a Polished Science. Location was perfect, as almost all of the sites were within a 15 minute walk. Also, no shortage of very good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a Gem! Highly Recommended!!!

Rooms were clean and the location is probably the best thing about this hotel. If you need a place to sleep and decompress for a few nights, this hotel will work fine. We stayed for 5 nights and would prefer something bigger with more amenities if we had to do it again. The staff was fine and the breakfast was adequate for my needs.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. What truly sets San Silvestro apart is its staff. Roberto at the front desk was an absolute standout. His English was flawless, and his helpfulness went far beyond simply checking us in. He arranged our private transportation from the port of Civitavecchia all the way to the hotel and coordinated our ride to the airport when it was time to leave. He also had an impressive knowledge of the local dining scene, pointing us toward wonderful spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that we never would have found on our own. The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable. Sitting right in the city center, it puts Rome’s most iconic landmarks practically at your doorstep. We walked to nearly every major historic site on our list, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and for the few attractions a bit farther out, a quick and affordable cab ride did the trick. It’s worth noting that this isn’t a large fancy hotel; it’s a lovely small boutique property, complete with a small elevator to get your bags to and from your room. Whether you’re arriving by cruise ship, flying in, the San Silvestro Hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and the kind of personal attention that’s increasingly hard to find.
