A credit card security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Adults and children guests are required to provide a valid ID upon check-in.
As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay. The fee is not included in the price and must be paid at the Hotel.
Children aged 3 to 11 years old are charged extra per night.
Children under 2 years old stay for free with extra bedding and breakfast provided.

Children 3-12 years old will be charged EUR 40 when using extra bedding, plus EUR 10 for daily breakfast at an additional charge of 10% VAT.

Children 13 and over will be charged EUR 80 when using extra bedding, plus EUR 20 for daily breakfast at an additional charge of 10% VAT.
Italian money-laundering legislation (art.49, Legislative Decree no. 231 of 21.11.2007) prohibits the use of cash in transaction when the sum involved totals of EUR 1,000 or more. It also prohibits splitting of these sums into several payments lower than the limit set. Therefore, should your bill for the hotel's services come to EUR 1,000 or more, you will be required to settle with one of the credit cards accepted by the hotel.
The hotel does not accept Diners Club credit cards.
The property may pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
