We loved this hotel!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary water, coffee, and snacks in the lobby area. Rooms were very clean.

Incredible hotel! There are steps to get inside, but if you’re in Italy you probably expect steps anyway. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We passed by the Duomo every time we were moving to our from the hotel. We even had a late check-in and they made it very easy, sending pictures and videos of what to do. It felt very safe. The bathroom was very large and the air conditioning worked really well. Our window looked out into an alley also, so it was quiet in the room. There were a lot of free amenities as well. We were able to fill up our water bottles with cold water, and they offered maps and snacks in the lobby. There was a small courtyard also where you could sit in a covered outdoor space if you wished. Firenze in general is very walkable, but the location specifically was easy to navigate. We actually ran out of phone battery on our first day in Firenze and were able to navigate by the Duomo to reach it, then followed a few simple streets back to the hotel. Plus there’s a really good gelato shop called La Gelateria and a wonderful bakery called Ricordi that are super close to the hotel. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel Zanobi was super clean. The rooms were spacious and luminous with large windows. The location was perfect for exploring Florence on foot. The hotel staff was kind and helpfuk with local recommendations and we appreciated the breakfast.

If you want a reasonably priced room in town, this is the place for you! Easy for sights, the train and for taxis. Knowledgeable staff, inventive and simple spaces and the best darn cup of coffee! I totally recommend!

El servicio súper atento y simpático. Funcionan sin llave y puedes abrir las puertas con un link online. La habitación estupenda, limpia e incluso me dejaron entrar antes de la hora la entrada. Repetiré sin dudar! Muchas gracias por hacer mi estancia tan cómoda y agradable! :)

Amazingly clean a spacious. Condition of the building is good however you do need to take the steps to get up to the rooms. As far as I can see, there was no lift.

Hotel is very sweet, with clean rooms, well located and very kind staff. Only downside is that noise in the hallway does carry into the rooms so suggest packing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I stayed in a single room and it was well sized for one person.

Property is about 15 minutes walk from train station and museums. No tissues in room, steep steps to climb to 2nd story. Staff is excellent and very helpful. No Refrig or coffee maker in room. Community refrig and coffee maker.

Klimaanlage effektiv, sauberes Zimmer. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal und schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer waren jedoch nicht sehr gut akustisch isoliert.
