I made a mistake by not paying attention to the negative comments and booked the place for 4 nights in March. Who would have thought there wasn't a heater? The whole apartment was freezing chilly, the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and our clothes as well as the wardrobe, and the towels could not get dry over night. In the description, it says there is a heater. Its a lie as it isn't here. After 2 nights we both had a chest infection due to the maximum air temperature in the apartment, so after the and day we booked another place and made sure it had a heater. It is unfair to ask for money for this apartment. No heater for cold nights and no air conditioning for summer, and the hosts answered that it was cheap because there were no hotel service. Given how terrible the stay was, it wasn't cheap at all. Of course, we got no refund! Maybe she should purchase an electric heater for that money, and theres no kitchen towel, napkin, kettle, and lighter for the gas cooker. So, a very basic place with a bed. is all. Try to book somewhere else, there are plenty of nice and cheap places in the city, like Chafbius downtown. Near everything and much better.

So after that, we reserved a different place and made sure it had a heater. It's unfair to request money for this apartment. There was no heater for cold nights or air conditioning for summer, and the hosts replied that it was cheap because there are no hotel services. Considering how awful the stay was, it wasn't cheap at all. And of course, we didn't get a refund! Maybe she should buy an electric heater for that money and on top of that there is no kitchen towel, napkin, kettle, or lighter for the gas cooker. So a very basic place with a bed. It's all. Try to book somewhere else there are lots of lovely and cheap but fair places in the center like Chafbius downtown. Closer to everything and much better.
