Vivian and her two assistants sisters were very pleasant. The sisters can speak excellent English. Dont be afraid to inquire about Vivian since she is really eager to assist. The room I had was roomy and had a comfortable queensize bed. If you wish, you may ask to have your room cleaned every day in the room and residencehotel because it is kept clean. If not requested, it is cleaned on the third day. There is air conditioning, and it is of a nice size. The bathroom was small, but they are all tiny in Rome, but it worked, so thats what matters. The residence hotel has four rooms and a communal kitchen area where you can share refrigerator space and cook some food for breakfast or whatever. The location is secure. After a wrought iron gated main entrance, you enter the locked building, there are three, I believe, next to the locked residence hotel door. Your room is the last locked door. I do not have any complaints. I will certainly suggest the location. You wont be disappointed. I can assure you that the Colosseum is on foot in 25 to 30 minutes. If the subway is a 5 minute walk away, anywhere in Rome can be found easily. There are numerous cafes. There are also numerous eateries and restaurants all within a 15 to 30 minute walk. Theres

The Isabel guesthouse is a complete failure. The cleanliness and amenities in the room are excellent, with towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries. However, you have to leave your room by the morning if you want it cleaned during your stay. In addition, for breakfast, we had to pay two people for it. Cakes and pastries, fresh from the package, with milk on them. Disjointed because they just accepted cash payments.
