Please let Property know your preferred check in time (15 – 19 o’clock) at least 3 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception.
All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).
For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€.
For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€.
Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a fee.
All late check-in are subject to approval by the accommodation.
The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation.
The check-in and key collection takes place at c/o Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo, Calle dell’Ospedaleto 6401, 30122 Venezia (700 m from the accommodation).
All guests must be present at the checkin.
