We had a wonderful stay at the meininger hotel mestre. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. I particularly love their shared kitchen, where you can cook your lunch or dinner or store food in the fridge. There is plenty of common space in this lobby for you to sit. On the day of checkout, we had an overnight train, so we could store our luggage in our suitcase room, sit in front of the common area, use the wifi and kitchen to cook up some dinner even though we already had checked out of our room. Extremely considerate of backpackers! Would strongly recommend staying here.4.8/56 Jun 2024

Overall, i would stay at this hostel again. This is a top hostel. The room is huge and we stayed in squat fourbed female dorm. There was hardly any table and shelf space. With patented and clever locking mechanism, the lockers were large. Although the ensuite was clean and modern, it could use some additional shelf area. It was handy to have an extra sink outside the bathroom. Plenty of seating is available in the wellequipped, roomy kitchen. Given that we arrived much earlier than our checkin time, all the staff members were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Our experience at meininger was exceptional. The 24hour reception offers great flexibility, making it a perfect choice for those traveling between the ages of 18 and 24. Our room was spacious, wellequipped, and wellkept. Both the bar and the breakfast were excellent and varied. The hostel is spacious and looks more like a hotel. There are 7 floors of long corridors with rooms. Open 24 hours, nice and clean, good kitchen and public areas. It is next to the train station and the bus to vincenzo, which costs 1.5 euros and works 24 hour. A bed in idr 6 person room cost 17 euros per night.4.8/57 Oct 2023

I have never stayed in such a nice hostel! This is not even worthy of being called tavern, it is merely sanitizer! The room is spacious and only has four beds, i think its ok because there is an extra sink outside the bathroom. They also provide towels. Every day, the room gets cleaned, and you can tell it was actually clean! There are nice lockers in the rooms that lock with your key card. On the first floor, theres besides that, on the ground floor there's also otto bar and jugs. Fast wifi. Breakfast for 9 euros. Just ten minutes walk from the train station or bus station, then just ps10 to the island of venezuela. The staff is lovely and very helpful! My only complaint is that the mattresses are hard and dont feel good on my back. But thats really it. Worth every penny!.4.8/519 Aug 2023

I spent two nights in the female dorm last week, and it was excellent! The doorm was immaculate, with two towels per person provided, which is extremely practical and uncommon in hostels. The receptionist was also quite friendly! It takes only a few minutes to get to the train station. This is a fantastic hostel to stay at. The rooms are so clean and nice that i cant believe the price. We even had shaver in the bathroom and shower, which is luxurious. I made many friends hanging out in our shared kitchen, so there are lots of single travelers with similar interests even though there is no organized social. Although the air conditioning was ok, it was weak. Sometimes the shower felt chilly for ten seconds, but otherwise it wasnt too hot. Would recommend this place to anyone else ive stayed at before. I recently spent two separate nights in this hostel with a friend during the carnival in vincenzo. This is without denying that it is the cleanest and most spacious hostel ive ever seen! I like the extra sink in the room for us to use when someone uses the bathroom, towel hanger, and hooks in our bathroom for hanging clothes and towels while taking oath, as well as the additional sink inside the restroom. The best hostel stay ive ever had. It has the feel of a hotel, but you share samy bedroom with others. In my case, there was only one other girl. I saw her once, she left very early, so i had the bedroom to myself for almost the entire day. Everything is spotless, they provide towels, and there is no need for padlocks because the lockers use your key card. Nothing is brand new, nothing more can be said about how clean it was. Our experience at the hotel, which we stayed in for four people, was fantastic. Our family had excellent lodging thanks to the spacious and cozy rooms. High standards were maintained. The hotel and its rooms were quite contemporary. It was a very welcoming and accommodating staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond to meet our needs with warmth that resembled families from checkin to checkout. There was an amazing and delicious breakfast selection. Everyones taste was catered to. Additionally, the hotels location was ideal. Being close to tv and bus stations made exploring simple. Although there were no amenities like idly needed pcs such as utensils and refrigerator, although they werent always necessary, we didnt need them, and the room was large enough for my children to stay in. The hostel is truly delightful. We opted for a private room rather than settling in solitary rooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and seclusion. Its location is ideal, being close to the city of vinicia metre (i repeat, vinizia petra, not vinnicia saint Lucia). Although the station is about ten minutes walk away, the ground is quite flat and smooth, making it simple to move even if youre carrying 20 kg of luggage. Each days breakfast was the same menu, but since it is all you can eat, it was fairly affordable at 9.9 euros per person. Additionally, having utensils or heating up food was incredibly convenient. We didnt have any accessories in the bathroom (support for toothbrushes) and the towels were changed one day later than we asked. The breakfast is also a little boring if you stay there for lil longer. Apart from that, the staff is very nice and always helpful, rooms are amazingly big and very clean. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 7 minutes walking from interspar supermarket. I stayed here for three nights and would happily stay for many more if we had the time! The staff is helpful and polite and available at the front desk around the clock. The cafe is also open during those same hours. There is an allyoucan eat breakfast in the morning for a very reasonable price and we enjoyed several cappuccinos throughout our stay. Its conveniently located next to tavern station and has, i think, storage space for luggage before and after checkin based on need. Very reasonably priced and well worth it!
