This hotel is very comfortable and has a central location. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. But still, the wifi connection was not working properly. I have to give thanks to Elisabeth for the very friendly and helpful staff.

We immediately knew this small hotel was inside one of the old palazzos and found it immediately. It is not uncommon in satanic to find a very dilapidated entrance leading to something pleasant so I wasnt put out on finding a grand old door with many better days and a desolate kind of courtyard. A small lift and a dusty staircase are both accessible by a door to your right. The lift is slow and tiny, but that's the only drawback of this place. Once upstairs, the location is bright, modern, spotless, and reasonably priced. Our room had carved ceiling, air conditioning, three very comfortable beds, a private bathroom, a flat-screen refrigerator, and a balcony overlooking guarded warning. The staff is friendly and friendly. A delicious breakfast is included in the price, and the staff let us leave our luggage at reception until we were called after check out.

I liked the helpful and friendly receptionist. Location great. Huge room with seating area and spectacular ceiling. Excellent ac that cools a room of this size. I don't like: 1 the attached pictures of the mold in the shower speak for themselves. On arrival, there is a palaver. The hotel is on the second floor. To use the lift, you must have a key. It was not stated that the receptionist must come down with a key. I was halfway up the stairs, my wife and the bags in the tiny lift were unable to move when the receptionist arrived. 3 The staircase is poorly lit. The first time we went down, the lights went off, and I eventually identified the light switches. The breakfast was disappointing. We decided to go downtown for breakfast after the first morning. 5 Bring your own shampoo, etc. over the course of three days, none was provided. They said they were awaiting the order. The front door signage is poor. See the photos attached, we wouldn't go back.

It'd be a mistake to be let down by the antique wooden doors and the old stairs. Permanent! The contemporary interior has a warm and friendly welcome. This hotel manages to combine old and new with style. Breakfast was continental, but the staff were happy to offer bacon and eggs. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, competent, and effective. Small hotel on one floor. Due to stairs and a small lift, this hotel is not really suitable for the infirm.
