It is truly a unique property. The location was perfect, the history of the building was fascinating, the rooms were surprisingly large, apartment like and beyond my expectations, and the staff were so kind and helpful. It’s with mixed emotions that I would not hesitate to recommend this place - I fear if too many people stay here there may not be a room for me the next time I’m in Florence. All kidding aside, an amazing place, and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

What an amazing property and location. It is truly like having your own residence in Florence. The rooms are beautiful and all the staff were amazing. The bell tower is unique and historic. It’s a place that truly feels special. I hope to come back and stay again soon.

Excellent location yet quiet. Huge rooms (super huge), super comfortable and very big four poster bed. The rooms were decorated in a true Florence way which was great to see. Pre check in they provided great communication as how to find the place and how to get into the building including a short video which made it all the more easy Apartment is on the second floor but there’s lift available to help take up luggage (which is designed in a way keeping with the residences, very cool) Coffee and tea and pastries always available, and a small fridge in the kitchen area to store your food if required. Also they have really amazing staff who were attentive and super helpful (Roberta and Ilaria and the cleaning staff were especially lovely!), they made the experience really amazing. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Florence. Thanks for a lovely experience for our stay in Florence!!

I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff made me feel so welcome and at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh pastries, boil egg, sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fesh OJ, coffee. The lication is in walking distance to most if no all of the sites. It's a great place to stay.

Nós amamos o hotel. Chegamos e fomos recebidos pela Ilaria. O atendimento foi fantástico. Além de nos receber muito bem ela nos deu ótimas dicas. Também amamos a Dona Katia que nos serviu no café da manhã. Ficamos no apto Oscar que super nos atendeu. Além disto a locação foi perfeita pois fizemos tudo a pé.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. The staff were super helpful and made us feel at home, making our stay even more special. Perfect location as we were a short walk to everything and felt very safe. Would love to stay here again if we return to Florence.

Peruzzi Urban Residences in Florence was the perfect hotel for us. Great location near city center. Reasonable room rates. Attentive concierge willing to assist with whatever we needed. Daily breakfast included. There was a common area/lounge/living room we used throughout our stay which came in handy since we had 4 separate rooms filled w/ family members. After checking out, luggage was stored for free and we still had access to the common area. We'll def stay here again!

Wonderful room in a historic building. Roberta was a font of knowledge and provided lots of information about the history and gave us tips on the local markets, best views of the city and places to eat out. As the accommodation was so central it was a real bonus to be able to return from our explorations in the middle of the day to have a coffee with cake, pastry or fruit left over from the ample breakfast buffet.

W eloped our stay at the Peruzzi urban Residence. Room was huge and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and it is well located. The receptionist was amazing and assisted me in retrieving my suitcase which was trying to stay in Amsterdam after close KLM connection
