Animals may access the common areas and the route to the room when accompanied. Access is not permitted to: Bar, Restaurant, Meeting Rooms, Wellness Center (with the only exception being guide dogs or therapy pets). However, they are welcome in the outdoor area, always respecting the peace and quiet of the other Guests
Pets (dogs and cats) of size up to 20 kg for dogs and up to 3kg for cats are welcome and are subject to a supplement of EUR 30 per room per stay that includes cleaning fee and Welcome Kit. Pets will not have access to the dining areas. It also possible to take advantage of various on request and paid services for the animal friends.
Please note that the City of Turin introduced a City tax, which is charged on the accommodation of non-residents. The tourism tax rate which is according to local regulations must be paid directly at the hotel: 4.90 Euro.
