After a hectic day of walking in Rome, the bathtub saved the day. On the terrace, the apartment had a washer and dryer, which was extremely useful. We thought the apartment was of a good standard, and we would consider returning. Wonderful employees. Their only drawback was that during our visit, they only cleaned the room once. Everything you require is close to the hotel's Spanish steps. Just around the corner are several eateries and retail stores. The stunning treat fountain is a short walk away.

In November 2019, I reserved two rooms here to stay in Rome for a few nights after a friend's cruise vacation. This is a great, reasonably priced hotel in a fantastic position. The helpful personnel made our transportation to the airport at a cheaper rate than we could have imagined on our own. The rooms were spacious enough and seem to have recently undergone renovation. Showers and bathrooms were fantastic. The espresso maker in the room and breakfast biscuits are both wonderful additions. The mattresses could use an upgrade, but if you go sight enough, you'll be too tired to notice. Hundreds of restaurants and pubs are right outside your door. Overall, the hotel's position just a few minutes from the spanish steps, shopping, bars, restaurants, and the sauna metro station, as well as the friendly and helpful personnel, make it the ideal choice for sightseeing in Rome.

I really appreciated this hotel and the location in this hotel, it's a very good place. The service is also very good. The location is also close to the Piazza di Sauna, if you want to have breakfast in the morning, this place is really special.

We stayed here during the rugby weekend with Scotland visiting the city. So I won't complain about the noisy noise from neighboring restaurants. Don't get a room at the end of the corridor as it overlooks a very noisy restaurant. Although the window is double glazed and has shutters, you can hear everything crystal clear. The hotel needs to check this out, our friends stayed in another room on the opposite side and didn't hear anything, then were moved to the room above us and heard what we heard. The room was clean and tidy. But you have to refill the tea bags. We used the only 2 tea bags on Wednesday afternoon, but they were not replaced, leaving Sunday morning. The coffee was replenished, but the water was not. There are only 2 bottles for 4 occupants. 4 cups would have been nicer than 2 cups and 2 small glasses. I recommend this hotel, it is ideally central to what most tourists want to see: warfare.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially for Rome's Spanish Steps, for its central location. When we complain about our room on the first night of a 3 night stay, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and we were moved to a different room for the remainder of our stay, which was ok but still on the slightly lower average side. Overall, my honest assessment is less than decent for the money. It wasn't too bad, but it was too bad. I noticed several patches of black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the shower cord on the shower cord, and the sink stain on the cheap bedding. The heating didn't happen in our second room at all, at a time of year when an hour in the morning and an hour or two at night would have been preferred, peeling paint, old furniture, and decor cheap shower infrastructure that seemed relatively recently installed but already starting to fall apart. The water bottles were constantly restocked. I can only praise the hotel staff for their hospitality, even though we are not one for letting small details ruin a vacation. Most of our time was spent wandering, walking, taking a wonderful food excursion, and watching Scotland actually win a rugby match. However, there were numerous minor issues to be fixed and the impression was that one of those town center locations is well located for sightseeing, designer shopping, and nice restaurants requires some tac and a few dollars
