Roberto gave us a warm welcome and explained what a nice hotel and all of it was. The location is in great shape. From the balcony, you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the lagoon and even a canoe is available. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit here. The food served was wonderful, with many homemade cakes and pastries. Everyone should plan at least a few nights here.

Ive never been there before and keep returning as I go kitesurf or visit the region. Here why are the modern room cleanliness clean, with air conditioning in various areas, such as the location in the ideal location near a kitesurf area, the marsala, the taani, the hazard of the gallo, the price, the company's top management is dedicated to their customers, he assists me with so many things, always smiling and jokeing. Free parking, a swimming pool, a sizable garden, and a stunning view, I will undoubtedly return. Thanks Ragazzo and gratitude for a chance, that fate.

This location is satisfactory. It has complimentary parking and is right next to the water and a pier. We packed what we needed in our backpacks and carried them up because there was no elevator. The space is tidy and roomy. The bathroom has a big shower slow drainage and had to stop water three times because it seemed like it would spill. The hair dryer is wonderful. Shampoo and soap are available. There is a flat screen as well as a empty refrigerator. The wifi and air conditioner were effective. Water dripped constantly from the air conditioner. At night it was noisy. Breakfast was excellent and had a decent selection. Good location for a quick stay. The website's photos definitely use photo shopped! Costs 1 euro each for city tax. Not great, but a fair place. The personnel was pleasant and made a limited amount of English. Pictures are provided of what the outside area really looks like.

We were a group of 10 people looking for a new lodging because the previous one was a scam. Three of us shared a large room with a balcony facing the property side. It was off season and roberto was only getting ready to officially open relays. Its not a star, but it was cozy and roberto was really nice. He adjusted our breakfast to include more savory options, opened a bottle of champagne for us all to celebrate, gave us tips on where to eat in Marsala and arranged transportation. I loved drinking coffee overlooking the ocean and the sunsets are just breathtaking. It was exactly perfect for our group and was within walking distance of the kite spot. Thank you roberto for the warm welcome and for the small italian lesson.

I would not go there if I could zero stars. My girlfriend and the house manager, roberto, have very deceiving images. We were certain of the comfort of our stay when we arrived, and it felt like we were in a 2-out 5-star resort. He gave us a queen with a bunk bed and a view of the back yard, and we reserved a king-sized bed with an ocean view and balcony. The conditions were not as good as in the photographs, but if the accommodations were as good as the photos, we would not have lodged objections. We checked in and were taken to our room. The setting was terrible. The toilet seat was only hung by a single screw, making it appear that the room was about to begin renovation. The rest of the room was painted, and the other half had to be painted. The yard was all filthy and covered in dead trees. The foundation and underneath the balconies had cracks and holes. We discussed the accommodations with roberto and stated that he couldn't cancel it and that we had to cancel via application. He would then confirm the cancellation and we would get our money back once we made another reservation at a different place. Long story short, he never gave us a refund and claimed he didn't want to lose out on the rent. We came two days later early
