Check-in from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM - check-out by 10:00 AM. Arrivals after 08:00 PM must be communicated in advance to the reception. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
DEPOSIT: a EUR 200 deposit is refundable after the condition of the apartment has been checked. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned via bank transfer, with expenses charged to the customer.
Pets are allowed, except in common areas. Guests with pets need to pay a EUR 30 cleaning fee.
There is a mandatory cleaning fee of maximum EUR 85.
