This hotel provides the thermal bath in the room even though it says included in the price because the shower gel and towels are not included in the offer. The location is strategic on the beach. This hotel provides the beach chairs and the parasols. The food is very good, they could make a light buffet around the pool, but they dont have to change for lunch in the main restaurant. The standard room is barely large enough for a family of four people, although the balcony is large.

The hotel is fine. Pool bar and private beach are the highlights. The rooms are pretty old and not modern standards for a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 3/5 and 4 star maximum. The shower is very small and old, the bed is not very stable and the sheets pillows are not very comfortable. For the price I would expect much more.

I had a good experience overall, but I would not return. Dinner is utterly excellent, but thats the only definite plus. The external pool is fine, there are no exciting events, water falls, slides, or hydrojets, and it is a little too cold. It is very perplexing that there are no forces in place to prevent people from diving or using inflatables. The private beach is also quite plain and boring. Breakfast is adequate, but the service is terrible rude employees and sector staff. More than once I requested a cappuccino with a standing waiter. You must ask my coworker about that she replied, and she continued to be right there. Incredible. On our first day, the reception was extremely cold and unwelcoming. The room is satisfactory but it is not a star hotel room with no iron or coffee maker, and the bathroom is average, which Ive seen in star hotels much better. Horrible bed and not very comfortable at all. Everything is so expensive, with a schlepped 500 ml bottle 5 euros.
