Let me start by saying as far as boutique hotels go this is been one of my favorites I've stayed in thus far. Minimal staff, but how much do you really need the staff around, clean room everyday, fresh towels and toiletries. Definitely soaked my feet in the jacuzzi tub after long days walking around Rome in shoes that were not broken in enough. They give you a coupon for free cappuccino and a pastry at the spot across the street . There is an espresso machine in the lobby area so all you can drink expresso. It is located on a busy street and there is a little noise from the street but it's the same in any large city in an older building. If you're looking for someplace quite book a room in the country, however for me I was exhausted with all there is to do in Rone that I slept like a baby. The bed was firm yet soft, I believe a foam mattress of some kind. The metro is a block and a half away, plenty of food close by (various kinds of food) Would I stay here again oh heck yeah I would. If you are stuffy and need 24 hour attention stay away, if you're independent and do not want or need to be babysat by the staff 24hrs a day, stay play, and enjoy

I would happily return. From May to May, we remained in this beautiful location, just a brief stay in the stunning city of Rome on our est wedding anniversary. What can I say? Wow, the owner Eros made our stay a little better! By the little touches and by his constant concern. Unfortunately, when we arrived on the day it was almost midnight and he was unable to leave due to his small child, those who have kids know how sometimes these things happen, but he was on the phone and assisted us in using codes and directed us to our room. He didn't leave us until he was in and in good shape! He told us where our keys were if we wanted to leave. The following day, there was a woman at reception who was very lovely and helpful, she asked for restaurant recommendations, which she was happy to help, and Googled using the ac. She was on the desk from 9 am until 3 pm. Thereafter, there is no one at the desk, which is not an issue at all. At suite paradise, we spoke with Eros again, and he recommended a lovely restaurant more out of town that we could try. When we arrived at the restaurant, the waiter gave us some food to try. We were so moved by the decor, and our stay was amazing. I must also want to thank eros, the owner, for being so helpful and

For a just birthday, I took my partner to Rome. eros made us feel incredibly welcome when we walked into the hotel and showed us where everything was and how to get there. He gave us a map of Rome and showed us where everything was and how to get there. For just 40 euros, he offered us the hot tub room for the first two nights. The rooms were exceptionally well arranged. Everything about this hotel was so lovely. A delicious croissant and coffee were provided with breakfast vouchers handed to us across the street to energize us before our journeys. The hotel's location is fantastic. The colosseum is only a 15-minute walk away. The distance to the manson train station is a 2-minute walk, which is quick and reasonably priced. We had the best experience ever thanks to this wonderful hotel, and we are sad to be home. Without a doubt, we'll make another reservation.

We have a great time here, just have a quick look around. The setting is great, it's close to the main attractions. The location is also close to the metro. The staff is friendly and friendly. The owner was also willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were cleaned every day, the jacuzzi and light system really make the difference when you choose to be lazy and drink local wines.

We stayed at Suite Paradise the weekend the 15th to the 19th of September. The hotel were accommodating in the fact that they kindly changed our hotel dates as we had booked originallt for the wrong weekend. (Although this was difficult to achieve as it took a while trying to contact the hotel.) The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station ‘Manzino’, which has links on the metro line to Barberini (trevi fountain), spagna (spanish steps), ottaviano (Vatican city). This was very convenient. The hotel was only 25mins from the collesium and roman forum. There is a member of staff avaliable in the hotel from the morning until around 2pm, so theres someone if you have queries. The hotel provide a breakfast, however please bare in mind this breakfast counts as a drink and pastry from the cafe across the road, although this suited us. The room itself was good, very spacious with a nice bathroom. However i think the cleaning could have been done better. Please note that the hotel is not easy to find as there isnt a sign. It is along the strip of shops and is behind a massive set of brown doors. When through the brown doors, there is a man who is on reception who will tell you go up to first floor. The hotel is then on the first floor and you will have to buzz to get in. Overall we had a pleasant stay here, it suited all of our needs and was very convenient for transporting around the city. Would reccommend

Inoltre i baristi servivano sempre i clienti abituali e poi i turisti (nonostante arrivassimo prima!)

the hotel is overpriced. the breakfast served is awful. it is served across the road which consists of a coffee and croissant. the rooms are not worth the money you are paying and not entirely clean. overall would not recommend staying here unless you are able to get the room for the half the price otherwise a complete no no.

Wasn't as expected. Room size was tiny. Not a great first impression I don't see the appeal of opening the door step onto you bed and be able to step into the bathroom which was partitioned with a thin glass sliding door a foot away from the bed ..... I would have preferred a shared bathroom . Left luggage was a joke. As our bags were going to be left at the reception desk in the open unattended as we were told. Left luggage should be an area or room that can be locked and only accessed by staff.

The location was good- it was walking distance to everything. Unfortunately its just difficult to contact the hotel. We had no way to email, only a phone number but no European phone.. our first night there the room we where in the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, and the road noise and street lights where hard to sleep with. When i eventually got through to someone the next day, he said he would investigate. We where moved to a different room, which the aircon was leaking (this was fixed very promptly the next day) Overall: the owner was lovely just they need to work on a way to contact them from abroad- like an email address. The room was clean and spacious, which is hard to find.
