I really enjoyed my stay at Special. The hotel room is very good, clean, with a balcony, and a fantastic and friendly staff. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Thank you and we will come to Special again and reserve there.

We were in the blue room, which was so stunning and brand-new, with amazing furnishings and a spotlessly clean private bathroom. Daniela gave us the best welcome, and everything went without a hitch. This place offers peace and quiet in a strategic location, in the center. We did not ask for breakfast, which is served at a cafe adjacent to the building and includes coffee and croissants. This room comes highly recommended.

If I were to return to La Special, I would gladly stay there again. La special is a fantastic location to stay while visiting Cirque Terre on a budget. The combo vacation rooms serve to illustrate this. This is a fresh, newly-furnished hotel just off the main road of La Special, which is a short walk from the ferries to Cirque Terre. The room itself has plenty of space for storage, and it is well-lit. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay in the form of vouchers to local bars with coffee and croissants. It was fun to see a few different neighborhood restaurants for breakfast and directed us to places to eat that we hadn't anticipated to experience. When we checked, the personnel at via combo were extremely helpful in describing all public transportation options in cirque Terre and surrounding areas, providing recommendations for activities in la special, and discounts for some local eateries. The bedding was quite firm, and the blanket and sheets were extremely thin. This is just my personal preference, and other guests might find it interesting.

We had booked the room through the airlines norwegian, and none of the unexpected details were mentioned in their offer. I stayed for the easter holiday, therefore the service was limited. The receptionist who met us for the first of our 7 nights was kind and gracious, he showed us the amenities in our room and gave us tips on restaurants in the city. The hotel offered free breakfast in the preview, but this was only one ticket worth 2, 50 to be used in the nearest cafe, meaning one coffee and one croissant. This is not breakfast for a norwegian! We paid 78 per night, so a free breakfast should be more than 2, 50. The cafe that we were supposed to use on Easter Day and the day after that was closed and we had to walk the streets to find another place to eat. And you must pay 7,50 per person to get a decent meal. The hotel owner spoke to us the day after Easter, and he recommended another cafe we could use with our 2, 50-cent ticket. Unlike the free breakfast problem, the solution was not satisfying. The room was nice and had a little balcony, but we were not prepared to be told that the room would not be cleaned every day. The towels were changed every day, and the mattresses were done. Every second day the floor was also cleaned. It was not planned. First of all, I like the location. It is outside the main drag and has everything valued, including the train station. The staff is friendly, and the area is clean and tidy. I enjoyed sitting down and eating breakfast on our little deck outside our window. Now, the drawbacks. Not really drawbacks purse, but things to be careful of. First, we booked this space via Quantas, who told us the day before that we needed to call the guy looking after the room before we arrived. There was no number attached or other contact details. We were the only people renting the rooms in the 3 or 4 rooms at this location on the day we arrived, so the guy in charge was nowhere to be seen. After trying to get a call through to the nurse, he arrived around an hour after we arrived mostly due to problems with getting through to his phone, not because he was slow to come and help us. But that meant we were left outside in the cold for that time. So here is the Ikea part. Have you ever wanted to stay in a hotel that is just like the ikea showroom? I think I won't stay in this area for more than a couple of nights at a time. However, I have no complaints about the service we were given. The main complaint I think is the security between the rooms. While there are decent security through the front door to the rooms, the rooms themselves

Sembrava di stare allo zoo, con numerose feste con pattuglie di carabinieri e ambulanze, con il personale molto presente e problem- solving (ovviamente ironicamente parlando) Avevamo un bagno condiviso con questi soggetti un po' agitati, e se ti facevi una doccia c'era il rischio di caduta massi, come in montagna. Prezzo/qualità pessimo, se avessimo alloggiato in uno zoo vero e proprio sarebbe stato più gradevole rispetto agli alloggi di via Cavour 310. A parte gli scherzi vi sconsglio al massimo di andare lì, personale assente e disorganizzazione massimale.
