This is a great neighborhood with a lot of tiny local establishments just steps away. The room was fabulous, historic and yet well appointed. The breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay

Location was great, walking distance to all the incredible sights Rome has to offer. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable bed, pillows, etc., we felt like we were in a castle, lots of character. Breakfast was wonderful! Staff was very accommodating, gracious and helpful.

Linda was the kindest person and was the only person we saw that worked there for the 3 days we were there. She checked us in and out, prepared breakfast, cleaned the room and was wonderful. She didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian but we managed to get along fine. The location was wonderful, very close walking distance to mist everything. The entrance wasn’t at the address posted but around the corner in an alleyway. We felt safe, comfortable and the place was very clean. I will mention that it is noisy, especially at night so suggest you bring a sound machine.

This place was just perfect for me and my teenage Daughter. First the location was perfect and on a quieter street which was nice. We walked Everywhere from this spot (@ 40 miles in the time we were there) The staff were just wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend for couples, singles and families!!!! Ciao

I value these reviews and take it seriously so here is our honest stay. Hard to find because the wrong address is listed, unit 33 around the corner not 115. Never received a welcome email 24 hours in advance like promised, owner does not respond well, if at all to chats via app. Asked if there was allergies for breakfast and said yes only to find nothing to eat, why ask. Room was spacious and worked well but only because we faced the back wall. If you face the street it’s loud all night. AC worked nicely, immaculate room and washroom…very authentic Italian feel to the room. Unfortunately the bed is rock hard, that may work for you, not us. Only two flatter pillows, again no one to speak to for more. There is a safe but it’s not bolted to anything, so pretty useless. There is an elevator which was great. Great location and easy to move around Rome here. Knowing all I know about this property I may stay again but the bed was really uncomfortable. The Italian lady serving breakfast and cleaning is lovely, limited English but she tries.

The room was nice and clean the bed was comfy. We had a hard time finding the door to get into the property. we had to go down an alley and go thru a locked gate to find the door. The area behind the locked door could use some cleaning up it was not inviting at all.

It was one of the worst experiences we had. Hotel has NO main entrance or front desk. You have to go in through a coded gate on a side street. There was only a lady who spoke no English there to collect the money for the tax. Nobody there to ask a question or contact in an emergency. The price was ridiculous considering our friends stayed in a hotel with 24 hours front desk, centrally located and paid half the price. The price for three nights was highway robbery.
