Villa favolosa con giardino roccioso eccezionale, sembra di soggiornare in un’oasi botanica. Virginia ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ha avuto molta attenzione ad ogni nostra richiesta.Consigliatissimo!

Hébergement proche du neuf décoré avec goût. Rien n'est laissé au hasard : adapteur pour prises, nécessaire anti moustiques, savon, shampoing...extérieur magnifique très entretenu. Quartier calme, voiture nécessaire pour les plages et les restaurants. Extrême gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont reçu. Petit déjeuner au top avec une nouveauté chaque jour en plus des mets récurrents. Une belle expérience.

We spent a lovely 3 nights at the gorgeous Villa Flumini in one of the B&B rooms. The gardens are beautiful and everything is clean and perfectly maintained. It was relatively easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The housekeeper was organised, efficient and friendly and a great spread was provided for breakfast everyday, including some hot dishes such as sausages and fried eggs/omelettes. The room itself is spacious and felt newly decorated. There is a terrace area with a table for alfresco dining and it was even equipped with a washing line (which was great for drying beachwear!). The mini bar is very well stocked and also very well priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, but do be aware that there isn’t much around and you will need a car to get about.

Che dire....il miglior B&B dove abbia mai alloggiato! Oltre ad una posizione strategica per visitare il sud della Sardegna ( in un’ora di auto si va dalla Costa Rei alle isole di S.Pietro e S.Antioco, rimanendo a venti minuti da Cagliari....), si ci trova immersi in un’oasi di tranquillità, immersi in un giardino lussureggiante, dove ogni centimetro quadro e curato nei minimi particolari, così come le camere, il bagno, la sala della colazione.... Una cura dei dettagli che fa rimpiangere sin dall’arrivo il momento in cui si dovrà abbandonare tutto ciò! È che dire di Ylenia, l’anima della struttura, che con la sua disponibilità, le sue torte, i preziosi consigli sui posti più belli da visitare e la sua cordialità vi farà sentire come uno di famiglia, che come tale non vedrà l’ora di tornare in questo magnifico posto!

Dopo un lungo vìaggio stanchi e molto accaldati dal sole cocente di questi giorni man mano che ci avvicinavamo al B&B pensavamo di aver preso una "fregatura" per via della zona un po' isolata ma non appena il cancello della Villa si è aperto io e mio marito pensavamo di aver avuto una visione. un giardino con delle palme altissime e piante fiorite angoli di piante grasse tropicali di ogni genere ma soprattutto un prato verde che anche in Inghilterra raramente si vede così. Ma la sorpresa maggiore quando Ylenia ci ha accompagnato nella nostra camera e nel bagno una ricercatezza nei minimi particolari che nemmeno negli alberghi a 5 stelle a volte si trova. Per non parlare della colazione ottima e abbondante con di tutto e di più, ma soprattutto delle ottime torte decorate della "pavoncella" fatte dalle mani sapiente della responsabile di questa struttura. Mi sono pentita di esserci fermati solo per 3 notti ma sicuramente torneremo e il soggiorno sarà senz'altro piu' lungo. un saluto affettuoso a Ylenia, ancora complimenti per la professionalità con un arrivederci all'anno prossimo.

Komfortables Zimmer mit allem was es benötigt. Frühstücksbuffet originell. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Bei der Reinigung fast zu gründlich (Die persönlichen Gegenstände werden in alle möglichen Schränke und Schubladen versorgt). Keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft aber in den umliegenden Ortschaften. Deshalb aber unbedingt ein Auto erforderlich.

The property is exceptional and the gardens are truly wonderful. Slight issue in travelling to the property, which took over 5 hours on public transport. As a tourist, it was impossible to provide an accurate arrival time which i estimated going on the distance that i needed to travel. Check out is at 10.30am and having been told twice, a little to keen on actually getting rid of guests. I did vacate the room at 10.30 and was stood outside smoking a cigarette and texting my sister when i was told that i was in the way. I quickly left the establishment and its such a shame that customer service and relations are not a prominent element with this bed and breakfast business. It's such a wonderful environment, with lots of agricultural historical memorabilia and artifacts. The gardens and grounds and very subtropical looking, with lots of cactus 🌵 and attracts lots of wildlife. My last stay in Cagliari was run by a young person who really was the most friendliest and customer focused individual you could ever care to meet. Having run my own company, the customer is always king and being accommodating and service focused is the name of the game in hospitality. Good luck with the future and hopefully my comments will be taken as a benchmark to improve. As the Japanese 'Kaizen' philosophy teaches. Ciao
