Once booking is confirmed, the guest will receive a link for Pledge of the Guest Count and Community Respect via email. Once the guest pledges, a Welcome Guide that contains the check in procedure, house rules and instructions on using the facilities in the villa will be sent to the same email. If the guest fails to make the pledge, the reservation could be canceled.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
