객실도 스파 공간도 무척 쾌적하고 깨끗했어요! 크진 않지만 스파 실내/외 구분되어 있는 것도 좋았고 객실층에 음료자판기와 얼음, 전자렌지가 갖추어 있어 유용했습니다. 오타루 간다면 또 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

我們2個人2間房,來沖一間新開不足一年的酒店,這店位置不錯,到小樽出拔小路及小樽運河步行5分鐘,到堺町本通步行10分鐘,附近有便利店及餐館,不愁吃,服務方其實不錯,但可能新的關係,員工有點不太熟練,希望你們加油,未來會更好,房間比一般日本酒店來說是很大很寬敞,因為新開業真的很潔淨,洗手間沒有異味,抽氣强勁,所有設備都很新,唯一不好的是空調不能調校冷暖模式,真的很乾燥時只有關空調一法.早餐是自助餐,食物選擇足夠,味道就每個人口味不同,不作評論,餐廳明亮,座位不擠擁,這些都是值得加分,如果自駕游,酒店車位有限,先到先得,還好有連攜停車場,每日800日圓,最後這間酒店是值得推薦的.

新しいホテルでとても綺麗でした。ハイセンスなカッコ良さがあり、部屋にはなかったけど、各階にあるウォーターサーバーもナイス！！ひとつ残念なのは、部屋の掃除がイマイチだったこと。あのテーブルは拭いていないなコーヒーの後が残ったままで、自分で拭く羽目に、、、まぁ、許せる範囲内ではあったので。
