According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
An extra bed will be provided for 3 people staying in a Twin room.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.

Children under 13 years old will be charged JPY 1100 for breakfast per day.
Children under 6 years old will be charged JPY 2500 for dinner per day.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

If guests wish to have breakfast, a reservation must be made upon booking.
Meals are not served for children stay for free using existing beds.
Meals must be booked at least 1 day(s) in advance.

The property has a curfew at 11:00 PM.
The public bath is available from 04:00 Pm to 11:00 PM and from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM.

July 7 (Fri.) and July 25 (Tue.) from 11:00 AM to 03: 00 PM
