Suasananya seperti apartemen yang berubah menjadi hotel. Mesin cuci, dapur, dan kulkasnya juga besar, jadi sepertinya cocok untuk menginap dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Kuncinya adalah kunci yang bisa dibuka dengan nomor. Lokasinya juga sangat menyenangkan karena berjarak 5- 6 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Fuchu.

Area air kotor dan kamar mandi unit berbau pesing. Air di bak mandi mengalir dengan buruk. Saya berusaha menghindari penggunaan area air dan toilet sebisa mungkin. Bahkan saya bermimpi sedang panik membersihkan area perairan padahal saya sedang menginap.
