There's not much nearby of immediate interest, but several central bus lines stop about 150 meters away from the hotel, making quick travel quite convenient. Blackout shutter on the room window made sleeping in easy.

清潔で日もよく当たり、スタッフの方も無駄の無い的確な対応。立地良く、お値段も手頃。部屋の広さも広々で大変快適なステイでした。部屋に電話がないことと、お茶など、よくビジネスホテルにはありがちなアメニティがなかったことだけが残念でしたが、だがお値段的に仕方ないかな。ありがとうございました。

Ce qu’on attend d’un LiveMax, pratique et proche des lieux d’intérêt. La chambre est petite mais possède tout ce qu’il faut pour y rester 2-3 nuits, il y a un supermarché et des arrêts de bus proches. La gare de Nijo (JR) est à une dizaine de minutes à pieds.

Overall my best stay in Japan, staying in budget friendly option, the only one, I would strongly sugest to stay on. There is a nearby bus stop, that can take you to most places in Kyoto within a 30 mins time. 24/7 front desk staff that was so helpful, you can wash for 300 yens and dry your close in the hotel for 100 yens. Best value. I would stay here again.

非常安靜，離地鐵站不近不遠，行10分鐘。去出町卯一乖寺等轉站方便，東西線三條站北上就是，去京都大站也快便，烏丸線，幾個站到。
