Clean and spacious room with lovely big windows. Plenty of toiletries to use and a very comfortable bath. As we were on the premium floor we had an access to an additional lounge with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was so-so, if you prefer a savoury breakfast then both Japanese and Western breakfast are good but if you are a sweet tooth then I am afraid there’s not much of it. Location is very good. Would stay there again.

Booked 2 rooms on premiere floors- room with one king size and one room with 2 singles. Pros: Hotel is tucked behind busy area. Our rooms had access to small area with unlimited drinks and small snacks on 10th floor but I think 2nd floor lobby with snacks/drinks were sufficient since we don’t drink alcohol. Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were smaller than I expected with not a lot of space to keep suitcase opened. We spent 4 nights here so kind of tight. Bigger rooms were booked already. Plenty of Toiletries provided. Lobby area with food: small portions of toast, yogurt, snacks, coffee were sufficientl to help us get ready for the day. Plenty of food places around and very close to train station. Cons: wish the room was slightly bigger or drawers were there to place our packing cubes with clothes After many weeks of research, we were pleased with this place and would Highly recommend staying in area and not in Shibuya or Shinjuki.

There is much to love about this hotel. It has a great location close to Shimbashi Station, Ginza, Donki, and many restaurants. Snacks and drinks are available in the lobby where it is possible to cobble together a light breakfast. Coffee is pretty good too. The room is spacious and my only complaint would be that the bed is a bit too firm for me. We would stay here again.

Hotel: Great location. A few minutes away from Shimbashi station. We stayed in a premier room, the size was very big for a Tokyo hotel. No attached restaurant but we did daily breakfast which was delivered outside the room. They had two types a western and Japanese type breakfast. Which rotates back and forth each day. The included soup did change each day which was a nice change. Check-in was very easy and they are friendly and very helpful. They have a decent sized lounge with complimentary bite sized foods, wine, sake, drinks and bottled water. They also have a scale to help you weigh your luggage which is extremely helpful.

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was especially good, and nice to have in the morning. The staff really went out of their way to help us. Also, they had free Sake, wine, and beer in the lobby for us.

This was such a great location by lots of shops, restaurants and mini marts. Very easy to get to and the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the breakfast each morning, it was a very well put together breakfast. The free sake and wine around dinner was a nice compliment as we return from the day’s activities.

Really great hotel. Excellent location, walkable to tons of dining options, supermarkets and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. What we loved was hotel’s snack area (open until 10pm). They always had little snacks that guests could enjoy, ranging from coffee/tea to yoghurt and baked goodies. We were a family of 4 and had 2 connecting rooms. The rooms are not very spacious, but the beds are very comfortable. No noise issues whatsoever. We didn’t hear anything even though the windows faced the road. I would definitely recommend.
