This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Japan and we stayed in 4 different hotels in different cities. This hotel had the most perfect location, very large western style roon close to the train station and in the heart of all entertainment, shopping, food, river. The building was on top of a trendy two level eatery with some nice and quiet restaurants, it was perfect. It had a lounge with free unlimited drinks including beer, wine, sake, juice, soft drinks, coffee, tea and some chips and salsa and nuts. It was perfect. And the laundry room was so so convenient and free. And they had a very convenient location for storing/locking your luggage for free in case you arrive before the 3 pm check in time. This hotel was so perfect that it made our visit to Osaka our favorite!

I like the washing machine and dryer next to the hotel. I room are small but clean. Sometimes I see some peoples things inside the elevator like socks. Kind of annoying. I guess people accidentally drop there stuff. Someone needs to do rounds more frequently

This is the first time I've stayed at Osaka, and location was perfect. It is locatesd very closed to the Nankai Namba staion so It was very convenient to go back and forth to the airport. Further more the hotel gave me a coffee voucher can be used right next to the hotel. After the check out I can put not only my luggage but also a back pack because there is a locker. Most hotels only have self luggage locker and don't have indivisual lockers. It was very very useful for me like a person who use the evening flight

Great Hotel in a busy but perfect location. Everything you need on the doorstep minutes walk to the train station. Staff very nice and professional. The best thing is the hotel amenities. Fantastic laundry room and great Lounge area. Never had such a great laundry experience. Rooms were spacious with 3 single beds in but a little dated and carpets need upgrading too. Overall would recommend this if staying in Osaka for 1st time.

We became members which allowed us to check in early and late. We bookended a stay here with a day trip to Kyoto and they held our luggage until we returned for check in for the following day. Self serve luggage lockers were very helpful as were the staff at all times.

Place is in a very convenient location. Even though it’s central , the place is cozy once I side. Amenities are awesome - custome lounge , laundry lounge , baggage storage. The room and its amenities , top notch - pjs , toiletries , free h2o upon clean up. Overall great , will book again.

This hotel is amazing with nice room and offer considerate and amazing facilities! They offer free laundry (there are like 10 washing machines in a very decent room with comfortable sofa and free coffe), and MVP is the Vacuum Sealer! It save my luggage space soooo much i can vacuum all the clothes! Hotel lounge is free access with drinks (even wine and sake!!) and snacks (hot cake is amazing). Hotel is right in the city centre, with all the restaurants and street food options. There are many restaurants in the hotel building and the food is very good, we tried the sushi one, very nice. We will definitely return if we come Osaka again!

Location was great, only steps away from Dotonbori and the market. Staff was great, quick to help and guide us. The rooms were a bit small for us which made it a bit of a challenge with luggage. Their lounge was a good place to unwind and have a little something before bed. We had breakfast there once; it was good but I feel it was a bit overpriced. Their laundry room was awesome and super helpful for those on extended stays.

We had a wonderful stay at the Namba Oriental Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, which made our stay even more convenient. The self laundry facilities were a huge bonus for our long trip. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making it a great place to relax after a long day out sightseeing and shopping. Overall, the hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Excellent hotel, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. This was our first visit to Japan and had moved around quite a bit (Shibuya, Kyoto, Hakone & back to Tokyo Disney area). This was our favourite place to stay, if we ever come back again which I’m sure we will, we will home base from Osaka (Namba Oriental) there are a lot of tours from that area. The hotel itself was very clean, excellent staff. Thank you for a great stay!
