Starting 1 June 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 【Accommodation Tax from 1 June 2026, onwards】 For room rates less than JPY 6,000: None For room rates JPY 6,000 or more: JPY 300 (*JPY 200 for the first 3 years after the program starts) *For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. * Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance. *Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. Guests are welcome to stay with their dogs in all rooms at our property.
Guests not traveling with a dog are also welcome to stay with us.
Important Notice: Hot Spring Water Supply and Public Bath Operations Due to Heavy Rain
Due to heavy rain, part of the Nakabusa Line was damaged, resulting in the suspension of our hot spring water supply. Restoration is expected to take some time.
We sincerely apologize to all guests, especially those who chose to stay with us looking forward to enjoying our hot springs.
Our hot spring water supply is currently completely suspended. As a result, our public bath is operating with heated water instead of natural hot spring water. The baths within our cottage buildings are also operating with heated water.
There are currently no significant disruptions to transportation or access to our hotel or cottages due to the heavy rain. Please travel safely on your arrival date.

Special Arrangements for Staying Guests
1. Bathing Tax
As a special measure during the hot spring water supply disruption, we will waive the bathing tax until the hot spring water supply is restored.
2. Guests Staying in the Cottages
We will waive the public bath usage fee until the hot spring water supply is restored.

Please note that we do not provide shuttle service to the public bath. We kindly ask guests to make their own way to the public bath.
We sincerely regret that you may not be able to fully enjoy the hot springs as anticipated. We greatly appreciate your understanding despite these circumstances.
We apologize for the considerable inconvenience and disruption caused and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. We are working toward restoring the hot spring water supply as soon as possible.
