Children 0-2 years old stay for free if using existing bed.Children 3 years old will be charged JPY 2,200(include tax, service charge) per child per night when using existing bed.Children 4 years and over are considered as adults and must use extrabed.For children 4-5 years old, hotel can prepare meals on the children's menu, extra charge may applied. Regarding Meal Provision
If any of the eight specified ingredients listed below are used in food, they must be indicated.
For buffets, the eight specified ingredients are displayed:

This information is provided to all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed in the past, regardless of the reservation date.

[Meal] Meal serving will be in buffet style either for dinner and breakfast. Dinner serving time divided in a two-part system of 17:30 and 19:45 depending on stay date.

[Motorcycle] Not able to assist.

[Pets] Types and number of pets need to be informed in advance. Please be sure to contact Hotel.

[Room Type] There might be changes on room type assigned based on situation. 2-4 people that booked 120sqm Japanese-Western style room is 2 bedrooms (2 people x 2 rooms) + Japanese-style room (3 guests)3LDK type might be changed to 1 bedroom (2 people)+ Japanese-style room (3 guests) 2LDK type. For details please contact Hotel staff accordingly.It is an inn built like a resort condominium (outer corridor).

[Transportation] Hotel transfers from Ito Station are from 13:30 to 17:30 every hour, in front of the ticket gate of Ito Station. There is a flag of "Wellness Forest Ito". We have staff who stand by and please tell your name to the representative. Please come at least 5 minutes before departure.
【Car Parking Information】
- One car is allowed per room.
- Parking is available for a fee: JPY 1,000 per night.
- As the parking is a multi-story structure, please specify your car type and whether it has a roof carrier.
- For more than one car, please arrange paid parking near Ito Station and use the complimentary shuttle bus from Ito Station.
- If the parking is full, you may use external parking lots.
- Motorcycles cannot be accommodated.

Starting from stays on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed.
