Everything is excellent. I went to a large room with a full kitchen that welcomes pets. Tes is old and small. There is a slow internet connection. The floor tiles in the kitchen are dirty and never mopped. Water is not provided as in other hotels. But my room was haunted by a ghost. Without someone poking me, I was unable to sleep throughout the night. It wasn't my dog for sure, because I felt as though someone was repeatedly kicking me back. He was gnawing the entire time we were there, especially on the evenings. She wasn't her typical ghost, and I'm not afraid. So that I could sleep, we decided to go to a better hotel.

I and a friend recently visited Tyre Sour in Lebanon, and we stayed at the Platinum hotel there. We are most impressed with the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the owner is lovely. The service has been excellent, no matter what we asked for, for example, a hairdryer and to ask them to turn the air conditioning on because it was cold, someone was immediately available to assist within two minutes of the call. The courtyard and pool area are stunning. It's unfortunate that our time there was dry. They also have a spa with a sauna and steam room and a hammer spa. The breakfast was pleasant and typical Lebanese, but the breakfast staff was friendly. On the sunday we were there, it was pouring rain and there was no way to leave a taxi, so the owner himself took us to the restaurant! How wonderful! The hipperdrome at Her Al Bast. Overall, a great experience. This hotel comes highly recommended by us.

Located in a close location to a historical site, the location was great, the room was upgraded so we could have an apartment rather than a single room, the swimming pool was nice, and the experience we had was memorable. The management did everything they could to make us feel at home, so I strongly recommend it to other travelers.

I am a fan of this place. This place is cool. The last time I stayed, I was in the angelina jolie suite on the third floor. It was bizarre and wonderful to spend the night with several ad images of her. The place is mostly empty in the winter and has a fin de par. But the staff is homey and friendly and very welcoming to the kids.

A nice place to stay when visiting Tyre. Less than 10 minutes away from the beach. IMO the only improvement that should be done is the Bath and the Parking. But overall it was nice and calm staying there.

We booked for one day and had a suite. It was terrible! It was super dirty and the room smells. The bathroom was dirty and the sofa had so many stains. I barely survived one hours before we checked out.
