Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided and the overall relaxing atmosphere of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great place for a short getaway or business trip, would gladly stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the room was nice and clean, and the beds were especially comfortable after a long day exploring Penang. The location is excellent — conveniently located near Georgetown attractions, local food spots, and cafes. We also loved the facilities, especially the pool with the beautiful city view. Check-in was smooth and the front desk was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang with family or friends. Will gladly stay here again!

Kami 3 dewasa dan 1 remaja usia 16 tahun. Satu kamar cukup lega untuk kami berempat. Check in agak lama, apalagi pas jam 3 sore, antrian check in lumayan banyak. Kamar cukup bersih, agak bau di wastafel dapur. Handuk tidak cukup bersih. Cleaning service tampak membersihkan buru² (mungkin karena hotel semi apartemen ini cukup ramai antara yg check in dan check out). Air panas kamar mandi harus menyalakan water heater di saklar lampu. Pernah suatu ketika kami lupa menyalakan, alhasil mandi air dingin. AC di tipe kamar ini ada 3 plus kipas angin di tiap kamar. Jadi memadai utk udara bulan Juni yang panas. Karena termasuk furniture baru, maka masih enak dan nyaman. Sofa, kursi cukup nyaman. Hotel dekat ke tempat makanan. Ke rumah sakit jg dekat. Utk lokasi cukup oke. Satu hal : tiap kamar bisa berbeda interior tergantung keberuntungan..hehe
