3. Save the environment. Please ensure turn off all the power when leaving the house.
4. We are appreciate our guests inform us honestly if any broke incident. We are obliged to ensure the next guest can use all the equipment.
4. Security deposit of RM300 will be collect from guest. The deposit will refund within 1 - 2 days after check out.
5. Penalty
• RM30 - Late check out per half an hour (upon availability)
• RM50 per tower and per pillow cases if cause stain such as blood stain or any other unclean-able or difficult to clean.
• RM50 extra per guest without prior notice
• RM100 per bedsheet and per quilt if cause stain such as blood stain or any other unclean-able or difficult to clean
• RM100 if the cabinet or drawer have been locked but pull forcibly cause damage.
• Rm200 for access card lost replacement
• RM200 - Held event, function or any celebration
• RM200 - Clamping fee (park vehicle to other designated lot)
• RM300 - Smoking inside the unit
• RM300 - If receive complaint from management, neighbors or security
*** We reserve the right without prior notice, to forfeit deposit & immediately cancel the booking / staying contract or remove the guest from the building if we find guest:
(1) Interrupt other residents, please slow down the noise after 11.00 pm.
(2) Perform illegal or dangerous activities.
(3) Have abnormal behavior.
