The hotel a little old. Need some new renovation especially the carpet and plug point. But i love this hotel because the gym, sauna and jacuzi facilities. Breakfast also quite good. Im impressed that their served jamu and green juice at breakfast. Keep it up and i will come back.

Service is friendly but not really royal. Hotel needs good upgrade and renovation. Reception area needs more colors. Our room was dirty, the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom was flooded.
