Resepsionis hotel ini beroperasi dari jam 09.00 Dan 21.00, Tanpa ada orang lain di sekitarnya, sehingga cocok untuk orang yang tidak terburu-buru atau sedang berjalan-jalan. Kamar hotel masih baru. Lingkungannya bagus dan harga terjangkau.

Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk menginap sambil berlayar di sungai dan menikmati pemandangan. Sekedar saran, musik di koridor agak keras, di dalam kamar terdengar jelas (kamar tidak kedap suara). Musik harus lembut atau santai atau jangan memutar musik di lorong karena mengganggu.

Lokasinya bagus, Pine Tree Hotel. Semuanya baik. Tapi saya tidak suka persyaratan pengembalian uang mereka! Kami harus menunggu hingga 5- 7 hari kerja agar pengembalian dana dilakukan secara online.

Sebenarnya kamarnya sangat bagus karena terletak di kawasan pinus. Namun, tempat parkirnya sangat tidak nyaman dan saya tidak membeli tempat parkir VIP. Proses check-in agak lambat. Selain itu, itu sangat bagus.

If you are not picky, you can make reservations through this management. The hotel the pines cuma kali ini bukan directly dengan hotel. Sy book dengan greystone management. Ingat you have to check in at the mini market in the building, not at the hotel counter. Apart from kena bayar parking, parking is not available at the hotel counter. So you have to deposit rm 100 per room each day. We choose cash. So when you check out, you have to wait about 15-20 minutes to get your deposit back. If you choose to use qr or card, check out at the time of checkout, and the deposit will be tranferred within 7 to 15 working days if im not mistaken. So make sure you check out to inspect your room first to see what is missing. Other than semuanya okay. Bilik pun quite bersih. Toilets are okay. Shampoo and shampoo are not hotel punya standard. We use our own sabun and shampoo.
