I am very satisfied with this hotel. The view is beautiful and the parking area is very large. Highly recommended. And i will stay here again and again because this place is in the middle of many great places to visit. Breakfast is excellent.

The customer service was exceptional. Warm and accommodating. Situated in a prime location, close to many amenities. We reserved deluxe quad rooms with two queensized beds. Unfortunately, the weather wasnt that cold, so we needed syphoning fans in the room.

Located not far from attractions and food, but still managed to be peaceful and quiet. Hot water pressure was great, breakfast was alright, no complaints, bed linens were comfortable, both firm and soft pillows were offered in room as well. Only issue I had was cigarette smoke coming from another guest’s window from a floor below. Room windows are not fully sealed, hence was breathing secondhand smoke.

Location - Out of the centre of Tanah Rata, so it's quiet. Tourist sites are spread far and wide, so you need transport anyway. Service - efficient and friendly Accommodation - very comfortable, large bed, table and chair, small balcony. The music playing in the corridors is weird... we could hear it from inside our room. Eating - Breakfast, large selection of hot and cold. Tea and coffee in room Wi-fi - poor reception, timed out regularly, reverted to using phone as hotspot. Summary - recommended as a base in Cameron Highlands

Genvisit efter et dejligt ophold i februar 2018 og vi blev ikke skuffet. Stort værelse med balkon og stort badeværelse. Hvis vi manglede noget (håndklæder og lignende) blev det leveret med det samme. Personalet arbejdede hele tiden på at holde restauranten ryddet og præsentabel. Prøv deres sandwiches - men nok kun en til deling, de er virkelig gode, men enorme!
