Luxury KL staycation with Home Entertainment

1. The landlord and the property management will not be responsible for any death, injuries, loss and damage of personal belongings of the guest in the unit (premise).
2. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities (drugs, illegal parties, gambling & etc).
3. Any damage and loss of items will be charged accordingly with our selling price.
4. Check in time is from 3pm onwards on the check-in date.
5. Check out time is by 12pm on the check-out date.
6. Non-Halal food / alcohol is not allowed in the premise.
7. Strictly prohibited activities / items (penalties to be applied – depending on the damage / cost to clean up) :
- smoking (not allowed in the premise)
- pets
- fruits (durian, mangosteen etc)
- parties
- messes in an unacceptable condition
- loss of access card
8. We would require the MySejahtera screenshot of everyone that will be checking in
9. No outside guests are allowed
10. We only accept guests with agoda Verified Identity.
11. A copy of the identification is required together with a security deposit of RM250 (refundable).
