Kondisi hotel cukup baik, meskipun manajemen membutuhkan lebih banyak perbaikan. Banyak ulasan negatif. Tapi menurut saya sudah baik. Lobi hotel dan luar perlu lebih banyak cahaya. Gelap. Kamar, sprei, kasur, kamar mandi kurang nyaman. TV kurang jernih. Tapi ada banyak restoran di sekitar hotel. Parkir juga cukup luas.

Hotel ini cukup mahal untuk ukuran bisnis karena tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas hotel umumnya. Tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol (kami sudah bertanya ke resepsionis, katanya tidak disediakan). Sabun cair di kamar mandi habis. Lalu kami meminta untuk membersihkan kamar hotel, kata resepsionisnya kamar akan dibersihkan per 2 hari. Spreinya robek-robek. Yang tersedia hanya air minum botol. Hotel ini sepertinya menjual tempat karena jujur lokasinya strategis dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, restoran, kfc, pizza, mcd, tempat laundry, hampir sempurna, ada klinik kecantikan dan gym hampir di dekatnya.

Saya menginap di hotel ini pada awal tahun ini. Hotel ini merupakan tempat yang cukup bagus untuk menginap dan harganya juga cukup masuk akal. Meskipun lokasinya cukup jauh dari Kota Kuching, Anda dapat menemukan banyak restoran di sekitar hotel. Jadi makanan tidak terlalu menjadi masalah. Namun sayangnya, masalah handuk belum banyak membaik. Anda harus menunggu handuk sampai sore atau malam hari jika ingin menggantinya. Jadi yang saya lakukan adalah saya tidak mengganti handuk selama saya menginap di sana. Saya hanya akan menggantinya jika kotor. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan, mereka tidak menawarkan bantal tambahan jika Anda meminta. Manajemen hotel harus mempertimbangkan kemungkinan untuk melengkapi lobi. Itu kosong. TV dipasang di dinding. Tidak ada sofa untuk duduk sambil menunggu seseorang dijemput. Manajemen hotel harus memperhatikan hal ini.

Saya mendapat kamar yang kecil. Tidak ada tukar. Untuk membersihkan kamar, kita harus pergi ke resepsionis dan baru mereka akan membuatkan. Anda harus pergi ke resepsionis bukan di dalam kamar. Secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja, tapi lebih baik mencari tempat lain. Ini adalah kedua kalinya dan akan menjadi yang terakhir. Tapi yang terbaik adalah berjalan-jalan di sekitar jika ingin makan. Parkirnya memang bagus. Gratis. Anda harus deposit RM 50 meskipun sudah membayar penuh melalui online.

Hotel hemat di kawasan Metrocity, Matang Jaya. Kamarnya cukup kecil, cocok untuk satu atau dua orang. Kekurangan dari hotel ini adalah handuk mandi hanya tersedia pada malam hari, artinya jika check-in jam 3 sore harus menunggu sampai malam untuk mendapatkan handuk mandi, kecuali jika Anda membawa handuk mandi sendiri. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, di sekitar banyak restoran dan toko kelontong jika ingin membeli kebutuhan di dalam kamar, mobil grab selalu ada di sekitar area, sehingga tidak perlu menunggu lama.
