I want to thank the entire team for their wonderful and prompt assistance. From security to reception to restaurant, buggy driver, and room service. Due to a complaint i made, they upgraded my room for free. The setting is serene and ideal for unwinding. My family thoroughly enjoys our time there.

In general, the hotel in kuantan is decent, but it is located far from the city and directly on the surfing beach. There are many surfing schools nearby. If you want to learn to surf, you can choose this hotel. However, for chinese, the food is relatively simple.

Saya menginap di sini 2 minggu yang lalu. Kamarnya bersih. Pertama-tama saya mengingatkan bahwa ada kolam renang, tapi tidak ada Royal Chulan Chalet. Ternyata kolam itu ada di dekat villa. (Harus membayar lebih untuk kolam renang di villa). Tapi pantainya sangat indah dan bersih. Itu adalah liburan yang nyaman untuk keluarga saya. Terima kasih.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff at ocean view cafe are friendly and great, they should get a reward. Service was very good overall. The location is not that good, nothing much to do. You can only swim and surf, basically a boring place for people looking for entertainment and a good place for people who want healing, privacy and chilling. The food is not that good, it needs improvement.

The villas by royale chulan are stunning. The seafacing units are ideal, especially if you have children. The pool access is quite easy, and the beach is only a short distance away. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there are several restaurants and local tourism attractions close to the villa.

The chalets here are amazing! The views here are stunning and surrounded by greenery, the beach is clean and perfect for surfing, the room is nice and comfortable, everything is just so nice here! One of the best chalets and villas on the east coast.

Royale Chulan Chalet adalah hotel atau kapal yang terjangkau, indah, dan bersih. Harganya sudah termasuk sarapan, sangat bagus. Chalet ini terhubung atau dekat dengan pantai yang bersih dan indah. Anak-anak sangat menyukainya karena banyak katak kecil. Layanan staf juga sangat baik. Saya meninggalkan barang di kamar chalet, setelah 2- 3 hari saya ingat dan menelepon chalet untuk bertanya, staf masih menyimpan dan bersedia untuk mengirim barang kepada saya karena lokasi rumah saya jauh dari chalet.
