The location was convenient to get to/from Valletta, ferries etc. & the rooms were good/well-maintained. However the main reason for 5 Stars is for the lady (Natasha) who runs this small boutique hotel. She is always willing to help & go the extra mile for a guest. I've stayed in this hotel several times over past 3 years and Natasha is always welcoming to the guests and does everything with a smile. This makes a real difference to the atmosphere in the hotel.

Enjoyed my short stay 3 nights at the Belle Boutique Hotel in Sliema. Very close to waterfront. Rooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was a great addition. Easy self service check in. Close to bus stop served by the direct Airport Express bus service. Good restaurants nearby and convenience stores. Would recommend.

Natasha (on site help) is wonderful, helpful and fun. She cooked fresh eggs each morning. This side street location is quiet, but only a short walk to the water or shopping. We will visit again.

We had daisy room which is big enough for two. The property was spotless. The service was great, helpful and the staffs were friendly. Special thanks for Natascha for all of her help, we had a great and pleasure stay because of her. Breakfast even better than expected, there are some options to have english breakfast fresh cooked in the morning by request. Mini market is opposite the hotel. We could park our car on the street for free, but this one we just had luck I guess cause the streets are mostly narrow. Our room was exactly next to the street but we heard no noise at all. Overall a great stay and worth for the price !

Hotel was easy to get, clean, has a machine for self check in, close from local rock beaches but far from old town. Breakfast was okeish unfortunately the worst sausages I tried in my life, tasted like chemicals and covered by a plastic which the cooking woman didn’t remove. The juice in the breakfast was tasting like dust, not nice… besides that all rest was fine.

Wir waren im April für 7 Nächte da. Der Check-in ging kontaktlos und zuverlässig über einen Automaten, der einem die Schlüsselkarte gab. Es stand jedoch keine Zimmernummer auf der Karte und in der Reservierung gab es nur den Namen des Zimmers, welcher nicht im Hotel zu finden war, daher mussten wir durchprobieren zu welcher Zimmernummer die Karte passte. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet und entsprach den Bildern, wirklich schlimm für uns war jedoch die sehr harte Matratze, an die wir uns die ersten Nächte erst gewöhnen mussten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und bereitete einem das Frühstück vor, welches recht einfach war und aus Toast, Aufschnitt, Joghurt und der Wahl aus einem british Breakfast bestand. Generell hatten wir einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt, vor allem die Lage in Sliema war für uns grandios, da es sehr gut gelegen ist.

Excellent staff, clean, good breakfast. The windows open to a shaft so not particularly pleasing. The location isn’t that great unfortunately. There isn’t anything to see or do in the near vicinity so you will need to take public buses which are quite unreliable and very busy. If you are traveling to Malta for the first time, I would suggest booking a hotel in Valetta.

L'hébergement correspondaient à nos attentes. La personne au petit déjeuner (la seule personne que nous ayons vu durant le séjour) était efficace et sympathique. La chambre (Tulip) avait une terrasse mais la fenêtre donnant accés était fermée car le système d'ouverture étaient cassé donc nous n'avons pas pu y aller. A noter qu'avant notre arrivé nous avons laisser plusieurs messages à l'hôtel via le site d'hotels.com et via leur proche site en français et anglais et n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Ce qui n'était pas très rassurant d'autant que nous arrivions à minuit. Ce n'est que la veille de notre depart que nous avons eu toutes les informations pour accéder à notre chambre.

The hotel is really nice, great rooms and comfy beds and very clean. The location is excellenr and the breakfast each day wasnice. The Lady member of staff who made the hot food items for the breakfast each morning was so kind. We did have a very good stay. The only issue we had was that on check in our reservation (booked via Expedia) could not be found on the automatic check in machine and said we owed several hundred euros. I had the reservation and had paid, when we contacted the number we found in the instructions by the machine the person who answered the phone was quite rude and said that all the arrivals for that day had checked in, but we hadn’t. I phoned Expedia who told me that when they got through, after saying they were from Expedia, were hung up on. After a lot of back and forth the person on the phone agreed to speak to a manager, we tried to check in again about twenty minutes later and somehow were able to check in and the money had been accepted. We checked in eventually but it was stressful at that time and the person was quite dismissive. It didn’t spoil our time on holiday and the hotel was still great but it could have been a lot smoother checking in.

Window ledge not been cleaned for months. Inside edge of toilet seat not cleaned !!! Great location. Nice breakfast. Run the shower for 15 minutes or you won’t get any hot water. Quiet location. Mix d feelings. Room big enough. But couldn’t open window, as onto main road at eye level.
